Blown away by how bad this place is. Looks nice, and the beans they roast are amazing. Probably the best beans in astoria. But they do not know how to prepare coffee whatsoever. Paid $18 for a 12 oz bag of beans and asked them to grind it for me, and after double checking how i wanted it ground, they proceeded to grind it on the completely wrong setting . Fortunately it was too coarse instead of too fine, but would have been a complete waste of money if my friend didn't let me use their grinder to fix it. The drip coffee they serve is way too watery and so are their espresso shots. Maybe this place is ok if you like sugary milk with a little coffee in it, but if you like coffee, do not order here. only get the beans and Grind and Brew yourself.

Best drip coffee and beans in the area. I appreciate that they always have various types of light roasted beans to buy, but in my perfect world their drip coffee would be lighter and their espresso darker :)

Was drawn in by the 2.95 hot chocolate - when I saw that they used powder I immediately understood why, but to my surprise I didn't mind! Had a nice deep chocolate flavor, unlike cheap instant chocolate powders, and it wasn't too sweet. Barista also steamed milk for my chocolate. Very reasonable price, and barista was friendly. I'll be back!

Hands down best coffee in NYCDietary restrictions: Vegan options, both for milks and treats. Non-nuts options.Kid-friendliness: My daughter is welcome to run around the shop. It’s still a roastery so not kid friendly in terms of baby proofing, but surely a wonderful place. Also parent friendly - there’s a window to order from the outside if you’re in a rush!

This spot is phenomenal. Truly one of the best coffees I've ever had! We ordered the affogato and the caffè con panna and both were simply divine. The scone wasn't a hit for me but the coffee was so good I will definitely be back here!

I've only ever used the take-out window and I've not had their food, but the coffee is excellent and the espresso drinks are top-notch. Perfect for grabbing a cup and taking a walk through Astoria Park.

They roast the coffee using a wood fire burner! Everything is awesome and Kendall is a roast master! Their espresso is an Italian envy! Great place to chill and sip delicious coffee. They have also decaf options. Awesome atmosphere!
