New York City Bagel & Coffee House

Im not sure why I gave this place another chance, I’ve had issues with this particular shop more than once. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon for $11 and it came with no bacon and small smear of cream cheese. I don’t live close by so to bring it home and find this disappointment of a bagel really sucked because It’s too late to exchange it.

BAGELS ARE NOT FRESH!! Be aware!! Worst bagel place you can go at, everytime they will take your wrong and they dont toast the bagels even if you ask…

The guy w beard that works at the register was on the phone while i was standing and waiting 5 minutes to order, than he came back and serve someone that just came didn’t want to serve me acted like i doesn’t exist there.

Found what appeared to be tiny rocks in my bagel. Poor quality control.

I ordered a bagel yesterday with cream cheese salmon ognon and olives , they gave me another order it was resolved they made me another one actually the one that I ordered then I started eating and noticed that something is wrong 😑 the cream cheese was sour old expired or something like that I told them that and asked them to tast it I had a full refund for it but later my stomach started having stomach cramps and had a diarrhea this is dangerous , be careful !

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese early this morning. I’ve been in and out of the bathroom ever since. I think i got something that went bad.

This is our local bagel shop it was very convenient and used to be good quality food. Lately there service and food have been lacking. It's as if they don't care about the food they're selling.
My bagel last week had eggs shells all over. Its disgusting. Today's bagel was burned. I'm done with this place.
They should hire people that actually care about the quality of food they're selling.

Definitely best bagels in the town although I don't understand why their coffee is not good. I ordered iced latte and it tastes different than espresso shot coffee tastes

It’s an expensive place for Astoria NY, and they cannot get a Spinach Pie properly served; it’s always cold, and it does not matter how many time you request it hot.

Out of the 3 things I order, 2 of them were wrong. There was no reason for a mistake, I was the only customer at the time.

Good atmosphere, however the gluten free bagel is lacking. It tasted quite chaulky for the price. Trader Joes has them beat for gluten free.
