Called multiple times on various occasions and they don’t answer . It’s Friday and I called 21 times and no answer. This place fell off a lot since 2008/2009 summer. God does this place miss what it used to be. Those kids working there now should be ashamed of themselves .

Pita pan fell off! And so did their health inspection sign! When I told them that they should have it on the glass, facing toward the street, they told me it keeps falling off. My fries were good, they still make em fresh, but I got a falafel and the veggies were old and yellowed. The sauce that came with them had that sour expired aftertaste. Hoping I survive and don’t get food poisoning lol. Update: I did in fact get food poisoning. Make sure to get Pedialyte after your meal here.

This place used to be good. I ordered the gyro and got sick from their food. Not sure what bothered me as I usually eat similar foods but something wasn’t right. Will not be returning here, this is my 2nd consecutive bad experience

I’m so disappointed I use to order gyros and they were usually good but I decided to order a chicken sandwhich the one they have on the over eats site is a thick piece of chicken what I received was a thin extremely hard piece of breading and then the fries were as hard as a rock

They consistently mess up my order and clearly have no coordination with their delivery drivers or staff. The new phone staff, Elisa, not only made mistakes with my order but also had an attitude when I called. She claimed there was no manager available and didn’t even have the delivery driver’s contact information. She also continuously hung up the phone while I was speaking. It took over an hour for the correct food to arrive—only after I had to keep calling every 15 minutes.

A 50% off email brought me to this establishment. After an attempt to pre order on their website, the order was denied. Deciding to attend the discounted in person I was given the option to purchase the food with the discount. The service was ok, front of house was teaching a new employee how to take orders. Order was taken well enough. There was a request to give 15-20min. Coming back the order was ready after @ 15min. Food was ok, salad was ok, gyro was not amazing with soggy meat and pita. Extras were as advertised. Food was given at half price with the special. Food and service was at the level. The special offer at 50% off was the actual value of the service and the food.

My wife and I got the falafel bowls and we both got sick that night. Falafels were ok but the rest was not good at all. The rice was cooked too much and was mushy and the rest of the sides were just not good.

I had gotten food poisoning from there some time back never came back. I walked by and noticed that they have a Grade Pending since January 2023 which I thought was odd since it has not been updated in a long time. I checked the NYC health grades website and it turns out they have a C grading. Very disgusting.

I visited Pita Pan yesterday and had my usual souvlaki sticks and French fries. It used to be so good with the tzatziki sauce and a bit spicy pink sauce. This time around souvlaki was different, clearly made with dark meat. When I pointed that out to the waitress and asked if I can pay extra to get white meat only, I was told that they use only white meat and I am wrong. She didn’t even look at the meat she served, disregarded me completely and started talking to a customer behind me. Very disappointing experience, both food and service. I took a photo, does it look like white meat to you?!
