Some of the best baked goods in all the city, and always a treat. The cruffins (croissant dough muffin with crème cheese center) are a continuous guilty pleasure, and their breakfast sandwiches always hit on a Saturday. Keep an eye out for holiday desert pre-sales too. They’re worth it.
When I asked a friend if she knows best croissants in Astoria she told me Queens Bake House. I order my croissants from them ever since! One of the best, fresh, french, o la la
I called to ask if I could bring my puppies and they said yes, so I came in for my favorite pastry and an iced latte and it was amazing! Super friendly and helpful staff! Thank you girls!
I've visited Queens Bake House a few times and have enjoyed the tastes and vibe. It's a pleasant, minimalistic, white-walled space where the colors of pastries and cakes stand out like works of art in a gallery. The sumptuously delicious goodies and drinks stand up to their counterparts in many European bakeries, but easily win by virtue of their American size. The hip and friendly staff behind the counter gave an explanation of the displayed delicacies with as much mastery and pride as these were crafted by the talented baker plying his art behind a huge glass window. There is no doubt that I'll be back!
Best croissants ever!!! Try the ham and cheese or plain, they're flaky with many layers and so fresh, absolutely amazing! The real thing.
I picked up the chocolate almond croissant! While a little pricey (just over $7) it was the tastiest I've ever had. Truly, you will make shock and awe sounds with every bite. I'm sincerely obsessed with this bakery and look forward to trying everything they make. If you're not in Astoria, make the trip!
Great bakery/cafe with very unique options and a huge sitting area inside. I got this berry cheesecake dessert that was delicious! Only thing is that this place is just a little pricey, but makes sense for how awesome their pastries are
First time coming here this past weekend and I was so glad I did! Good amount of space to sit, and warm & inviting inside with curved brick ceiling and lots of space. Upon sampling the brownies along with the loaf with peanut butter and jelly, I was very pleased with taste and quality. Nothing fake, but fresh and delicious ingredients. Employees were very informative and friendly. I recommend this to anyone. Also drink and other food options.
Came on a Tuesday morning after 9 am to learn that they still weren't open. Beware that operating hours not always accurate. Love their breakfast sandwiches (especially the croissant ones), pastries, and desserts. They're always super careful at packing.
The everything bagel croissant is a must-try

Hands down the best pastry place in Astoria. They have a variety of creative pastries to try that aren’t only aesthetically appealing, but also complex flavor profiles using seasonal ingredients. They also have savory offerings that are worth trying. Every visit is a pleasant surprise and the people who run the place are warm and sweet, like the desserts!:)
Nice little shop with couple tables and good selection of desserts. The bread pudding cake is absolutely delicious. The candy bar is decent, slightly reminds me of Snickers. 2 eggs on croissant is great, although the ham is very salty and seems excessive to charge almost $3 extra for ham and almost $2 extra for cheese. Mango coconut is delicious as well, although charging almost $10 for it seems excessive. Lemonade is standard, nothing special. A nice little place to stop by for an afternoon snack
Great customer service. The barista was extremely talented and nice. Got the creme brûlée blueberry passion fruit pastry. One of the best I have had in NYC. The cappuccino was fantastic and the guy gave me a free chocolate chip cookie (fantastic as well). Would highly recommend visiting the place. Thank you
The stuff they have is good! What I really don't like is how there are no prices/signs displayed for any of the pastries/sweets. I guess that's because they are obscene. The below order was almost $30
This place has great croissants! They taste delicious you will not regret it. A must!
