I run the Christmas tree stand in front of the CVS and the service there is always top notch! Ciara the manager is amazing and welcoming and Chris one of the bartender is just great at what he does! The food Here is all amazing. My go to’s are the chicken sandwich and the apple cider margarita! They also play all the sports games and are very accommodating! If you’re looking for a good spot for drinks and a bit of socializing this is the spot. They have activities going on weekly!

My first time here and it was a good experience. They played the NYCFC game and a lot of people showed up to watch it. The servers were all really nice and attentive. My gf ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and she really liked it. I ordered the wagyu burger and honestly i wasn’t that impressed. Seemed overcooked and not enough sauce it was quite dry. This is a nice establishment and i would recommend for a night out.

I’m a regular guest that comes to riverctest at Lear 2 times aweek but what happened to me today was of the roof! The bartender CHRIS is the worst person you wand him to serve you! And it’s coming from a bartender myself working 25 years in the industry? When I ordered the blacked chicken sandwich it came saggy and not fresh I could tell it’s been microwaved at the end to melt the cheese that comes with it ! Which is unexepytable from any low class restaurant ! When I told CHRIS the bartender that the bread is saggy and not enjoyable to eat he said this : DID YOU SEE THEM DOING IT? being so sarcastic and challenging me like this instead of trying to fix the problem! I used to go there all time and faced with cold blooded no charisma personality CHRIS but I always tell myself he’s having a bad day maybe since I’m in the industry too but it turned out to be his personality with everybody I guess ! What a shame to have someone like this working for a place that the owner built so hard to keep regular customers coming back and this creature CHRIS is running the show there not caring about how the Aeneas worked so hard to keep it running? I leave WTH that and if anybody wants to experience this just go ask for CHRIS the bartender and enjoy having drinks with him

Lovely sports pub with some outside seating for those of us who like it a little quieter! Also the seating outside on Ditmars is a great place to people-watch!
Jessie was our server and she was terrific! She treated my fiancee and I like we were old friends of hers. Make sure to ask for her if you go. Burger and side salad were well made and the food came out quick.

Our first time here tonight. My fiancé and I loved it!! We both had side salads. He had a burger and I had Mac and cheese. The food was fantastic, but what really highlighted our evening was our awesome waitress, Jessie. She was warm, attentive, and always checked back with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you haven’t been, GO! And ask for Jessie! ❤️

I really want to give this place better reviews, but their service is so inconsistent. The first two times I went in, I would've given them 5-stars across the board, but I went in several times after that and their menus are outdated, the beers on tap have changed but the board is not updated, the guy bartender is really hasty and impatient, wasn't friendly at all, their online payment system hasn't always worked so I wind up having to pay cash (when I haven't wanted to), and the online payment thing requires downloading an app which is just a pain in the arse, just use a handheld device I can tap my card (one that's working).
The food was good, but I think the portions are too small for the price. I haven't been back, it's just too much hassle to order online, having to download an app to pay, which they then charge you more to pay with credit/debit than cash (even though I have to do all the damn work), and some of the servers there aren't very friendly.

The sliders were absolutely amazing — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and so satisfying. Will definitely be coming back!
