I have visited this restaurant many times, and it was one of my favorites. However, a 20% service charge is unacceptable. It's unreasonable to impose such a charge when the restaurant only has two servers, especially considering that they're often not readily available when needed. This practice feels like a scam.To improve service quality:Teach your servers how to interact with customers respectfully.Train them on proper food handling techniques to maintain hygiene.Ensure they know how to carry and serve food and drinks without touching them with their fingers.Instruct them to be attentive to guests' needs, so customers don't have to search for assistance.By implementing these measures, customers are less likely to question the 20% service charge.

Everything I’ve tried here has been a hit! The kebab is obviously the star here but their vegetarian options extremely delicious! Also, their green sauce is my favorite!

We love this place. Quality has gone up and down but now it's good. My only issue is that we ordered a VERY large order (13) and it was like pulling teeth to get extra white sauce. I don't know why they're so tight about that, especially when we got so many orders. Other than that we love them.
Very good food and customer service. If Sami is in the restaurant, he personally speaks with each guest and thanks them for going there. The food is fresh and leaves one with good feeling. The only problem it has is that the place is not very spacious and sometimes it’s over crowded and noisy.

This place is a treat! The food is great. Ive never been to Afghanistan, but something tells me this food is spot on. You are greeted with warm smiles as soon as you enter. The place is spacious and has great lighting. The food comes out pretty quickly. My favorites have to include the bread, the Balani, and the eggplant (not pictured). The custard dessert is refreshing and tasty. I love this place. I wish they would offer cups of water.
