This place has horrible customer service, I ordered the grilled shrimp and rice per their website. The picture on the menu shows yellow rice with vegetables, fried plantains and grilled mixed in. When I received my order it was plain white rice and 6pieces of grilled shrimp for $20! I literally paid for a plate of white rice for $20! When I spoke to the restaurant about how their hard copy menu nor menu online specifies a difference in the plate. She just shrugged her shoulders at me. They did not try and accommodate their mistake.

It's a shame the food is very good, but
Those two young women who serve are very inattentive, that is the reason why I consume at the place only to take away and even so the customer service is very bad.

The waitress/cashier cashier was rude. After ordering and paying for my food upfront 19.06 was my charges to be exact. I asked for a cup of ice, as rude as possible with so much aggression tells me NO. So I asked if I decided to sit and eat you would've given me a cup of ice with even water. She get up goes in the back and gives me 3 pieces of ice in a cup. I didn't create a big fuss, I asked for the manager/supervisor and told them give me my money back. $20 of food bought but can't receive a cup of ice while I'm at work. I'm a Amazon worker delivery driver.

Terrible service very bad

***GUSANOS***MAGGOTS***ALERT***At first I was all happy about finding this location. I normally go to POLLOS MARIO on Broadway. I ordered for pickup. And took it home to the next state where I live. I ate a little bit of the chicharrón but it was already 11pm. I left it for the next day. Upon reheating in a pan. I came across some things that weren’t there before. Never in my life did I think I would’ve seen MAGGOTS cooking out of the pork. We threw out everything. I called the store to let them know. The manager thanked me for letting him know and if I wanted a refund he would do so. That was less than 24 hours of buying. I called back today for a refund and he said he spoke to the owner and he said I should’ve said something the same day. I don’t want to argue with them. I am now taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to others. This review with pics and a complaint to the health dept are starters.

The Entrana was better than I thought it would be and the Seco Pollo ? with Yellow rice and the juice from the pollo ? Money!

Parking: Easier to find as opposed to 23rd Ave and 29th Street. Theres also a fire hydrant right out front, perfect for takeout But make sure you take a buddy to leave in the car, while you run inside cuz the parking police are in full effect all over 23rd avenue! ?

Great family owned Ecuadorian food. The only reason this gets four stars is because of the occasional mistakes with the rice or chicken, and the inside needs a revamp.

I decided to get this randomly one night for takeout. I ordered the Entrana, it was absolutely delicious. It was seasoned so good, the rice was cooked beautifully, the salad it came with was dressed good too. It came with a big piece of entrana (skirt steak), rice and beans, and a salad. It was only $25.00! It was very big portions and very cheap. Would come here again 100%!
