Workers will serve their friends before the common customer. There is no organization people just standing in front of the steam tables yelling what they want. Tried ordering my food but the workers served their “friend” before me who had multiple orders and ran out of the food I had wanted to order. I will not be returning as a customer.

So a guy in front of me ordered. I was next and I order the last bit of grilled chicken. The guy before me tells the guy he wants 2 now. I already ordered with my food in the container... They tell me they're out of chicken and put it in his sandwich. LOL Good job losing a customer. Overpriced place anyway.

Also. Gloves. Even if you're just using utensils. Use gloves from when you clock in to when you leave. You're touching stuff that people are consuming.

As a senior I don’t cook as much, so I get my weeks worth of hot hero’s from Sergio’s. I freeze them & heat when needed. Love their food. Tasty, nicely presented & wrapped. Favorites are sausage peppers & onions, chicken parm, eggplant parm & meatball parm hero’s in that order. Fair price & good amount of food. Very nice & accommodating young woman behind the front counter. Sergio’s never disappoints,

This place is always been sort of off the beaten path and the prices have always been a good value but lately the food quality has really gone down I had a slice of Sicilian that was like biting into a sponge and I had some chicken strips that were super thin way too thin and I'm just not going to order from them regardless of their reasonable prices. I'm not picking on this restaurant most restaurants have raised their prices dramatically and lower their quantity and quality, it sucks people can't go out and eat something and get what they pay for at a decent price.
