decent pizza
Directly to the owner: if you want your business glorify, you need to talk to your staff to understand importance of minimum enthusiasm. As a reference, I visited there on 2/7/25 at around 11. I don’t expect the girl there at 11 am gets excited and jump up and town to greet me. But I don’t expect either to enter a place with bitter environment. She knows who I am talking about. I and a group of friends visit another time to either edit this review for a 5 star or log mire than 15 one stars. Your choice.

This is a Bistro style pizza place in NYC. If you're not from NYC it's great. If you're from NYC it's nothing like what used to be here but you'd have to judge for yourself. I had a Sicilian slice and it was good. Detroit style though so the crust was half the thickness of a NY style Sicilian but the crispy edges were a nice touch. For me the sauce needs to be thicker and have a deeper flavor but that's just my opinion. I'd eat here again.

Ordered buffalo chicken wings. Celeries were rotten and had mold… idk what’s going on but the quality is going down in recent days.

Tonight I order a Vegan pie, which I never received the delivery guy took it to another address, and I waited 1 hour no call back from the young lady that took the order was bad service, sorry never order from there again.
Was initially gonna rate this place a 3 star due to limited menu options and pizza that doesn't really stand out but what made this a 4 star is customer service. The lady by the counter was very attentive and courteous which made for a good starting pleasing experience. I've had 2 slices, while not the best I've ever had, they're serviceable. Was thinking of getting Mozzarella balls but they were a little too rich for my blood. Looking over the menu, I might try their pasta dishes next when I come back around there. It's a small spot but a decent one with good service.

Just put up a menu with prices instead of annoying your customers. Simple
Feedback for making your establishment better.
Nobody greets customers upon entering. It’s a really small place and it takes 2 second to say hello/welcome. It was not busy. there was 2 people behind the counter and 1 customer paying for her order and a few were already seated. The pizza itself has no flavor, the pepperoni smells bad. The slice is large and thin which was the only good thing. The establishment is clean and smells pleasant. Maybe I went at a bad time but I wouldn’t try again. Maybe it’s good for people with health issues because there is no flavor.

Definitely do not order the wings from here. I used to always tell people this place was great for wings, they didn’t know. They raised their price which is fine, but all of a sudden the wings are a 1/3 of the size no lie haha. Ridiculous. Totally understand needing to increase price, but why cut back on the quality so bad. Dumb move, wings were so good here now I will not be back
Thank you bae for feeding me pizza when I'm sad. Sicilian slice was really good and hit the spot.

Good looking pizza. I saw the sicilian slices from the side walk. Had to try two out for Bae and I. They came out fluffy, salty and delicious.

So I was trying to order sum pizza for myself and 2 children just for a quick bite. So when I entered, there was a different guy there- tall, Spanish & RUDE- one I had never seen before because it’s always the girl or the other Spanish guy. While placing my order he had a very condescending and sarcastic response. I ordered couple pizzas and he immediately said “well I only got two” that was the only thing he said, while staring at me emotionless, then it crickets and everyone started looking around at me as if I did something wrong. **Honestly, the way he glared at me was almost the same as in those creepy movies when people visit a small town & the residents are not too keen on welcoming outsiders into their little community** I got that exact feeling from him.
So I’m standing there thinking to myself, well is he going to ask if I wanted to wait until more pizza is finished? But to no avail, still crickets. So I was like okay then, & I proceeded to exit. He sarcastically said “well bye” and I’m thinking what just happened because it was super awkward.
So my take on that was racially inclined. He was very unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start, and from the looks of it he just wanted me out of there because I was not the same skin color or “race” as him.
It sucks that I had not thought of taking his photo for this post. I will never take my business there as long as that person is still working at that location.
