I go here often because I’m in love with the coconut bowl. This is my second time getting a bowl with overripe, brown areas on the pineapple which is an indicator the fruit should be discarded. At this price point, I expect better.

The food was pretty good between açaí bowl and the chocolate chip waffle with Nutella, banana, and strawberries on top. I also tried the very berry drink and it had good flavor but all you taste is the seeds of the berries so I won't order that again. I highly recommend the waffle (not entire size of a Belgian waffle) and you can add your own toppings. Was a good breakfast option and I'll definitely be back.

I had been craving a spirulina smoothie bowl for a while and was happy to stumble upon this place! They have such a variety of menu items including acai bowls, smoothies, smoothie bowls, and Belgian waffles. The decor is very cute. The workers were helpful and efficient.

I had an issue with my order and left honest feedback through their internal system. Shortly after, I received a phone call from one of their employees by the name of Caroline. She was extremely apologetic and offered to remake my order. Unfortunately, my schedule did not allow for me to return on that same day. I did however return a week later and while I didn't expect the offer to still stand I tried my luck and asked for Caroline anyway. To my delight she was the person at the counter and she remembered who I was. Without hesitation she offered to remake my order from a week ago that I was not satisfied with. This time around everything was perfect and back to the level of service I've become accustomed to at this SoBol location. I will continue to support this business for years to come.
The customer service at this place was great. I was served by Manuela and she was fantastic along with the rest of the staff. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an açaí bowl or smoothie. The quality is superb and the place is very clean and smells great all the time.

Their app doesn't work - my phone is Android - and every change of topic, despite their marketing message says customized bowl, comes as extra bucks.The operation is run by who seemed to be inexperienced staffs only and their service fails to meet their price for what seems to be mediocre at best food.

This message is for management that doesn’t allow employees to update the Grubhub/seamless tablet. I love the food and will continue to order but I think we can all agree that it would be much easier for everyone if the tablet is just updated daily w 86’s so customers can simply order what’s available and not have to expect a phone call to change their order almost every time, which can be pretty disappointing! Btw Grubhub and seamless can most likely send someone to help train using the tablet if not there may even be an online tutorial. I promise it’s super easy to use! Besides that tiny detail thank you for helping me start my days right ??

Nice staff Good Quality, but for $12.04 to not even get a bowl filled up all the way is crazy, I understand that there is supposed to be fruit on top and I asked for no fruit but it wouldn't kill there profit margins to just top off the bowls with a little more granola or Acai purée, In my opinion overpriced. Probably last time ill be coming here after being a regular for quite some time.
