The attitude of the girl cashier is seriously unacceptable. She needs to find another job, because clearly she doesn’t like her job, nor the customers. She treated me horribly, after asking for a refill. She is extremely rude, sarcastic as well. I felt humiliated and will not use this store ever again.

The cashier at this Starbucks seriously needs a reality check.You’re not special, you’re not above the job, and treating customers like trash isn’t a personality trait—it’s just embarrassing. Either fix the attitude or find a job where you don’t have to speak to people, because clearly, customer service isn’t for you. It wasn’t busy at all and still so rude and dismissive. Honestly, if your attitude is that nasty on a slow day, I can’t even imagine what you’re like when it’s actually busy. No professionalism. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on the customers who are literally paying to be there. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when there's no excuse for it. I’ve had better service at gas stations. Do better.

They are so rude, don’t come here, specifically the hispanic black hair girl at the cashier. I was very polite asking and she was such a mean girl felt like high school energy, don’t take out your attitude like this on costumers have some decorum and human decency. Disgusting.

I’ve been periodically getting coffee here for a long time now, hoping that at least once it will be normal. But no. Not a single barista in this establishment is capable of brewing coffee. Tastes disgusting every time. They even spoil the matcha by not respecting the proportions at all. The syrup is systematically underfilled.

I love this Starbucks! As someone who works remotely and has access to WeWork locations worldwide with free coffee, this local Starbucks is my go-to spot. The baristas are amazing fast, professional, and always friendly. Even though it's a public location with dozens of interactions each day, these baristas consistently get the job done and provide exceptional customer service.
Their incredible fortitude and skill sets are something that someone my age sometimes forgets, and I can easily brush up on these traits and apply them to my daily work, lol. The ambiance here is perfect for making deals and managing my staff.
I want to give a special shoutout to two baristas, Natalia and Paola, for their outstanding customer service. They always make my coffee without me even having to ask, as they know my daily order by heart. They also warm up a small amount of milk for my mom's coffee to ensure it's extra warm when she gets it. It's heartwarming to see them do this for many customers, not just me.
As someone who manages multiple businesses, I truly appreciate this level of service. Thank you, Natalia and Paola! I have no doubt that your hard work and great sense of humor will guide you through life effortlessly, whether at Starbucks or in any future ventures.
Today was not a great day at this location. I was the only one waiting by the register and all 4 workers looked and kept working, not acknowledging that I needed to place an order. After she took my order unhappy, I waited even longer and I spotted my drunk and she didn't call my name. I told the guy no one called me and he just laughed.
