Decent place for a quick coffee. Service and drinks are usually good
Big size Starbucks with plenty of seating, but boy is the coffee expensive. I paid a little over $3 for a small cup of coffee with milk, way more than I could purchase at the nearby deli. Would I be back? No
Super easy and convenient from the subway. Service is relatively quick and easy. Customer service is good.

Can’t remember the Barista’s name, but I’m pretty sure it was Ricardo, Great person! Super helpful. Great location.

I ordered the new drink lavender oatmilk latte online and it was the worst drink from starbucks ever. Idk if the coffee they used was burned or something wrong with lavender flavor.

I am a customer that comes into this Location almost all the time. On this day I needed to use the bathroom first before I ordered and the young lady with pink hair tells me I can't use it until I order. I literally had to give her my phone to prove I planned to order to keep from peeing my pants. Caring about money before the custom is unacceptable. I will not be back.

I came to this establishment with a friend. I really had to use the bathroom. My friend was on line waiting to order and I told the cashier I really needed to go. She was the only person in the line. I didn’t get his name (young guy with a beard), he wouldn’t let me in until my friend proceeded with her order. He then took his sweet time preparing the order then told me the code at the end which is extremely unprofessional. I finally was let into the bathroom. Just for it to look completely disgusting so idk why he was so mean about us using the bathroom . Especially being paying customers who was in and out!
Vegetarian options: They have few vegetarian options, i haven't had any so I can't comment to it but overall their food items / options are pretty good and fresh
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think so

I understand that Starbucks corporate has changed their policy of not allowing people inside to wait unless they are making a purchase, but when it’s frigid temperatures outside , throwing out 1 person who’s waiting on someone when the store is practically empty is shameful. Some basic human decency of allowing someone to warm up isn’t hard. And you might have lost some business. Most people would eventually buy something.
Overall I think this policy will only deter people from entering a Starbucks. It no longer feels like a safe open space.

I went to this store and the 2 employees were both making drinks with no one at the register. I ordered on the app and stood waiting for my drink. After waiting about 5 minutes I sat at a table to wait while these 2 painfully slow employees made drinks. As soon as I sat down one of the "very busy" employees stopped making drinks and came over to me and told me I had to leave because I didn't order a drink. I told him I did but it had been several minutes ago and they still hadn't made it. It's interesting that they singled me out of the people waiting. I was clean and dressed well but I'm an ELDERLY white man, the others waiting were 20 something. I'll go to the local independent coffee shops from now on and urge you to skip this place also.
I stopped by this Starbucks the other day after meeting my client at his office. It was very gross to see that the manager mistreated an Arab teenager, calling him illegal and asking him to leave the store or else she would call the police. Half an hour later, an Indian man in his 60s, slim with a beard, came in. He stood by the railing inside Starbucks, and the same manager approached him and asked what his immigration status was. That senior man seemed uncomfortable and wondered why she would ask this! But the manager said he had to show his ID to dine in.

It says that they close at 8. At 7:40, the guy locked the door on my face saying it's closed. Terrible.
