I love Starbucks, I'm a gold member and I enjoy this location very much specially for having ceramic mugs available, it makes the experience much better, fancier, tastier. That is until the barista named Angie who is absolutely so mean and disgusted every time that I request having my drink in a ceramic mug. It's like she hates me for no reason. She always makes an excuse not to serve me in a ceramic mug. She is ruining my Starbucks experience and my family's. Please get rid of her or train her to treat people well. She brings a toxic atmosphere to this place. Thank you!. Everyone else is so lovely and the best team. Angie please do as you're told and serve people what they paid for. Be kind.

I just walked into this Starbucks and I was super impressed by Angie she is holding it down ! From the moment I walked in she was very friendly and confident . She is super proficient and she is basically working alone today . She took my order , made my coffee and warmed up my bagel then moved on to next customer and so on and so on . She moved very fast and yet keeps the flow going making people feel welcomed and all with a great smile . I appreciate her and I hope this girl gets recognition and a raise ! Thank you Angie for making my experience at your Starbucks so great and I also hope Angie gets some more hands on deck even though she got it we can’t make the girl over work herself . We went today to get matcha drinks for family, because just 2 minutes before going to this one, another Starbucks near us gave us wrong drinks aswell as wrong sizes of drinks. In this one they made sure our order was right ! ☺️

The coffee was very bad, they only gave me foam and the staff's attention was poorly discriminated against for being Hispanic, they did not want to let me enter the bathroom and the place was very dirty.

Barista named Angie on Sat 12/9 afternoon had attitude face when faced under stressful conditions. Also responded negatively when asked about the baked goods that was ordered a long time ago. Barista s we're making drinks and neglected the food orders. Very poor customer service. I already finished my coffee before I received my food.

I am a regular costumer in this location and i love the people that work there. If it was just for the employees that work there i will give all a way 5 stars. Most of them are nice and helpful . But when it comes to the manager is another thing. For a period of time i was getting my tall regular ice coffee and i was finishing in the store and i was getting a refill. And in all the location that i was going i was getting a refill of whatever size that i wanted . It wasnt writing any where on the starbucks app or website that i had to get the refull with just grande not venti or trenta. First time that i meet the manager of this location was when she told me u have to get a grande refill not a venti but that time she was gonna give it to me . Like she was doing a favor. I didnt say nothing and i didnt react in here i just let it go and i tried to not go there when she is there meaning in the morning. Today i go there again to get my regular tall ice coffee with milk an caramel syrup vanilla sweet cold foam. And since was the red cup day i asked for one. Every year since 2019 that i am getting the same order i never had problem with getting the red cup. Today she was there i asked for the res cup and she told me oh is just for the holiday drinks that u get a red cup. And i was ok if things changed ths year that she is there wherever. I wasnt going to make it a big deal for a red cup. But i was looking around me and several costumer got the red cup just by ordering coffee with milk it didnt look like a holiday drink. The difference was that theirs was grande or venti coffee and mine just a tall one. I think that wasnt fair. The rules have to be same for everyone . Sorry for writing so much but i needed to give my opinion bcs is the second time that this happened with the manger . When she is there i dont even wanna go there and i will not
