I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your establishment. As someone who also works in the food and hospitality industry, I understand the importance of consistency, service, and respect for posted business hours.
On 6/19/25, I arrived at your location at exactly 9:20 PM, well before your advertised closing time on Google. To my surprise, the individual in charge had already closed up and refused to serve me. This is not only unprofessional but also a clear loss of potential business.
It’s extremely frustrating to see staff disregard both company policy and customer service standards. If you review your security footage, I’m confident you’ll see that I was not the only customer turned away that evening.
I strongly urge you to look into this matter and ensure your team is aligned with your business goals—especially when it comes to maximizing sales and maintaining a positive customer experience.

I had a great tuna sandwich made by Mr. Shibli. He gave great customer service and made everything as we wanted. I would recommend this place to everyone. Everyone must try Sub sandwich from this place.

This is my 3rd time coming for a sandwich before work & being redirected because it’s not open on time. Subway, do better.
They are skint on all the ingredients. I think they are using low quality cheese compared to normal subway as the pepper jack seemed fake and rubbery like American cheese. What else are they skimping on.. Overall crappy and crap.

I went here twice before a field trip. It was not open an hour and a half after google maps said it would be. Said it would open at seven. Was late cause it opened at 8:30. The food is alright. The seating is fine. They didn’t have the chips i wanted. The price was expensive. I will say this for both subways in this area. The people there so t want to be there and they have AirPods in and you can barely understand them.

I wasn't able to use my subway app. So I couldn't redeem my reward nor order my meal with the app which I lost out on getting more reward points.

Someone hacked my account and ordered a sandwich to this location and they won’t let me cancel it. They hung up on my 6 times and told me I had to wait for a manager.

Terrible portions. I paid $18 for a Turkey wrap with 4 pieces of Turkey ? place just looks dirty overall. Wouldn’t come back.
Wish I could rate this 0 stars. We ordered food via ubereats and after having paid the whole amount and having waited for almost an hour, the store cancelled our order out of nowhere.
