I wasn't able to use my subway app. So I couldn't redeem my reward nor order my meal with the app which I lost out on getting more reward points.

The Subway at 21-09 Broadway sucks big time. The delivery guy didn't understand English and just dropped the bag on the front porch. The instructions were to ring the doorbell on the side of the house.

All the employees should be wearing a mouth mask while preparing the sandwiches. They talk on top of the food .and the saliva can not be one of the ingredients. A supervisor must go and train the employees. Also for each sandwich a new pair of gloves because they used the glove to open the register and then go to prepared the next sandwich. This is annoying and disgusting.

Someone hacked my account and ordered a sandwich to this location and they won’t let me cancel it. They hung up on my 6 times and told me I had to wait for a manager.

It wasnt the best i had ordered a pickup and when i went to pick up the order he asked for an id and bank card to see the last few digits if it matched and i was okay with that but he said it didn't match and he said he wouldn't give me the order and i had my id and I showed him the app but he still refused to give me the order and said I would get the money back and im guessing apple pay changed the number for privacy reasons or whatever the case is but i felt like with my name and order number I should've still gotten the sandwich I understand they don't want someone to steal the order or anything but i think it was necessary to go that far with my id and order number that i had

Terrible portions. I paid $18 for a Turkey wrap with 4 pieces of Turkey ? place just looks dirty overall. Wouldn’t come back.

A business supposed to have a bathroom for clients who offering to pay for their services and quality. Their customer service are worse.And also workers dont know how to fold a sandwich made it messy with less portion of meat.
