This place has went down the drain since they changed owners, the workers are slow and can’t comprehend anything, you have to repeat your order multiple times. Delivery service sucks and the food is terrible now.

One of my favorite delis in queens!! Get a smoothie- green day and very berry are my favorites. Sandwiches are always good. I love the guys that work there- always so friendly. They let me bring in my dogs , which I appreciate:) (I don't walk them throughout the store- I make them sit at the entryway with me)

I went to this deli for years but not for the cooked food I ordered a BEC the other day the bacon was BURNT!! I called and complained and they sent another order of the same thing lol Ralphy is the WORST cook there is!!! They need to get someone else immediately!!
