Very expensive to order here compared to other locations. If you compare prices on the app some of the menu items are priced 80% higher than other locations in Queens. It's not like their quality is better than other locations. I think I actually save money hopping onto the subway and going to the Jackson Heights location.

It’s a Taco Bell - they’re pretty much all the same, however the team here were very nice and made my order correctly. Since i have to order uniquely due to dietary things i wont bore you with, it’s always a bit of a concern - but they got it right and scratched my itch for TBell!

I hope nobody I know sees that I’m reviewing Taco Bell. I just felt the need to share that this is the best-run location I’ve ever been to. It has the newest design, lighting, layout, etc., which is pretty nice. And it was totally clean — normally the Achilles’ heel of Taco Bell’s.Ordering on the kiosk was way better than at McDonald’s, and the deals were a better value, too. (Again, I hope that my friends don’t see that I’m able to make subtle judgments about fast food restaurants.) My order was ready in 2-3 minutes, which seems kind of incredible these days (in a good way). And the server was totally friendly and normal when I asked for a fork!Would I have taken the time to review a Taco Bell if I had more to do today? Probably not, but this was a good experience.
ordered on seamless and received someone else’s food instead. I went on doordash after I got a refund and ordered through them. My original order was made correctly and I know that because that’s the order they gave the doordash driver even though I placed a new order. The food sat around for over an hour and was cold because of it. All I wanted was something quick and simple and I’ve now been annoyed by this whole thing for almost 2 hours.

This location is ghetto the way this lady yells at me and calls me bro when Im waiting on line to order and three employees pass by me and dont let me know that they only serve through kiosk. Why would anyone come back after that service. keep the fact in mind that there are multiple authentic mexican restaurants in the area.

Nicest one I've been to,I call it the classy Taco Bell. Ordering is simple&easy,pple that work there are nice,orders are quick. It's clean,can charge my phone,use wifi quick. They have 2 bathrooms in the back that are pretty clean (I mean they can't be checking it after every person).
