The Atmosphere is Always Excellent, Service is TOP Notch. Food is Amazing.Only fault that I can say is that.. trying to get in for a Dinner is Insane. Unfortunately they do Not Accept Reservations so you can come to the door & find out you have a 2+hrs wait. Talk about a Heart Break. But for Lunches it's ALWAYS a Homerun. I would recommend Taverna Kycklades to Anyone that asks me for a Top Notch Greek Meal.

My absolute favorite Greek restaurant in the USA, let alone Astoria. The food in Athens, Greece is nothing compared to Taverna Kyclades! Fresh fish, delicious salads, cheeses, octopus, taramousalata, are yummy! Every time we go back to NYC, we stop in.

Huge disappointment! Went on a Saturday afternoon with a group of 3 took 1.5hours to get a table which Is inefficient for a restaurant with both indoor and outdoor space. Regardless of the wait time we were still eager to try and enjoy the food. Ordered calamari which was ok (not the best out there) veggie chips were oily, the Kyclades special was sooo fishy and dry we couldn’t eat it. Also the seafood pasta was bland. In my opinion not worth the hype or the wait! Plenty of other options in Astoria and will probably be better experience!

My favorite restaurant, been coming here for many years now and i highly recommend because the food comes fresh to the table. Greek Salad, Fried Calamari, Greek Chicken, and Red Snapper. Our server was Marco and he did an amazing job to accommodate our table. Try drinking water with lemon because it gives the aesthetic vibes to your water and it’s healthy. They also give you a complimentary Baklava.
