This seems like a wonderful place to host an event. The pictures and information on the website got me really excited to plan my sister's bridal shower in January 2020. I can't imagine giving less than 5 stars if I actually got to have the event I want. However, customer service seems to be lacking. No one is answering the phone, or returning my messages. I've spoken to someone via email--they replied twice, and never again. I think that's really unfortunate. Hopefully, I'm just unlucky, and this isn't how they treat all their (potential) customers.
