Stopped by The Fricken Rican and felt right at home. The pork chops were tender, well-seasoned, and full of flavor, and the rice and beans tasted like real comfort food. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and the staff is warm and welcoming.

Update: We returned and I brought my mom. This time, The alcapurria was a little under done. When the masa cooks properly it stiffens up and gets dark due to being cooked.
