TRUCKERS: The dock is on passenger side of Steinway Place. You will not be able to blind side back with a 53’ trailer; from 19th Ave you have to turn up 38th St and reverse all the way up the block (Steinway Place). Then 45 degree back in. The dock is wider than it looks, you’ll have enough room, just be careful to not hit parked cars while chasing. Also, be alert when reversing up the block. It’s a dead end but still has traffic.

Staff is not helpful at all, no transparency. If you place a order they don’t even tell they what items are out of stock. They will not tell you your order is not coming- but they will still charge you for it anyway!! And don't bother emailing your rep to complain they wont answer you either. As a company that gives so much business to this corporation they are extremely unprofessional across the board.

Staff is not helpful at all, not a transparency. If you place a order they don’t even tell they what items are out of stock. We will have wait until last minute of the delivery to find out. Recently they are out of so many products. I will be reporting this to IHG Procurement team. They are sending plain cups with out our logon on it. Did even care to inform us they are out of graphic cups. Also when you call to place an order that lady is lazy doesn’t do a good job please double check your order!!

Waiting time for pickup or delivery is crazy!! Only 1 dock for such a big company ?that stinks!! so, Make sure your phone is fully charged, you gonna need to watch at least 50 videos while you're outside waiting. ?
