The wings are fine but the service is terrible. The order isn’t always right and the employees are always rude. I do like the sandwiches but that’s about it.

Ordered from here two days ago around 11:30pm 30 minutes before closing time and received a bag full of overflowing grease mixed with my food!! They can't cook for nothing in this place and the guy at the register has a horrible attitude!!! He deserve to get smacked in his face treating customers in such way

The wings are always soggy. You tell them extra crispy, and the wings are still soggy. The wait time is long, but I don’t mind if my wings were crispy but if they soggy, why are y’all taking so long?

On February - 9-2025 at 5 pm . This guy “Ronaldo” taking the order at the cashier have a bad attitude toward people .He Should not work here . Noticed my last review said they were good but dirty. Not much has changed here. The floor is a mess and the crew are lazy. Also conflicting TVs, one english' the other spanish. A real stress on the mind! Take your food to GO!

Mfs said 13-18 minutes for pickup online then when I got there they said 1 hour and the food was cold bro
Please have this place investigated, staff touching food with no gloves, no care for handling anything, one staff member (with braids) touches and wipes his nose, then proceeds to touch the fries barehanded then touches the kitchen and then placed his AirPods in.

I placed my order on the app and picked it up in store. Get back to work only to find that instead of cajun corn I was given some cold a$$ fries. I called a total of three times trying to get someone on the phone and the person picked up and pretended he couldn't hear me after holding for 13 minutes. Then he wouldn't answer at all when I called back. Make sure you check your food prior to leaving you can't trust these ppl!

The service/front was alright but the past few times ive been here there it wasnt good. The food has been taking too long, and today my under the influence self opened the box and— enough is enough. Get the old staff back. This was diabolical.
