I have gotten delivery from here before and it wasn’t the greatest but dine in, I absolutely recommend that. Ronaldo was super sweet, helpful, and definitely has great customer service skills. The cooks were nice too. Kid friendly and they have high chairs. I highly recommend to dine in here. I even had leftovers for the next day and it was perfect.

ordered online came to pick up my food and was asked to wait while the person on staff finished their personal call on their CELLPHONE I laughed as waited close to 3 mins b4 they realized I was waiting did not hang the call but came over and ask me about my order then gave it to me. Food was ok but the service gets a D.

I knew they were bad so I always ordered from queens bridge but I accidentally ordered wings from this location by accident and they FORGOT THE DIP SAUCES and everything was poorly sauced on the wings as well

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I feel compelled to call out the lack of cleanliness and customer service at this fast food location. It’s incredibly frustrating to see how poorly maintained a food establishment can be.
When I arrived to place my order, I was greeted by a staff member with a noticeably unpleasant attitude as if he were doing me a favor by taking my order. To make matters worse, he was wearing AirPods the entire time, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.
The condition of the dining area was even more concerning. The seats were filthy, and there didn’t appear to be any staff assigned to clean the tables. I had to clear off three trays of leftover food just to find a place to sit. Even then, I struggled to dispose of the trash because the bins were overflowing and completely unmanaged. In the end, I had no choice but to leave the waste on the side there was simply no way to throw it out properly.
As for the food, it was mostly decent, and I don’t have major complaints about the taste. However, one of the wing orders I received was incredibly oily almost like a soup of wings which felt excessive and unappetizing. I’m not sure how something like that is considered acceptable for serving.
Overall, this experience was disappointing. A little effort in customer service, cleanliness, and quality control could go a long way here!

I placed my order and had to wait for more than half an hour. The service was poor—there was no welcome, no smiles, nothing. The place was dirty, and after 40 minutes, when I finally received my order, the person who handed it to me didn't even apologize for the delay or call my name.
On my walk home, I realized that the container was open and leaking, which ruined my pants. I truly didn't enjoy the experience; it was awful. All I wanted was to have a meal.

I went in looking for something to drink. The guy put his hand up to me like hold on wait a second went to the back. Try to get some other guy to come help me. He didn't and then the original guy kept doing whatever he was doing
I love wingstop as a establishment, but the workers..it’s a hit or miss, I come here all the time some days are good, some days are the worst, no cashier at the front but instead in the back doing god knows what n will never hear any customers with all the loud music they play, on top of that long waiting times, pickup or not, and of course no bathroom yearly. I’m usually satisfied with the wings(or not in the mood to complain abt it when they get my order messed up) but this had to be said. The tenders I got today were so greasy I could literally cook with it again. I wanted to just try the tenders since they were new but it’s a big waste of money when you get this, thank goodness I only got the 2 for 2
