Easy to see why there are long lines to get in. The aroma as you approach the Catskill Bread Co. will certainly draw you in. I particularly enjoyed the sweet, moist cinammon roll. This decadent spiral of fluffy, tender dough with the cinammon brown sugar filling was absolutely amazing. We also got the tomato focaccia bread which was a sensory delight with its crisp golden exterior and pillowy soft interior. My only advice is to get here early before they sell out.
We got a cinnamon roll and it was delicious! It was plenty of flavor and the dough had a nice chew to it. Tiny spot, austere, it’s great. After sharing it with our family, we decided to go back and get another roll and a focaccia... it was amazing!
My mom picked me up a loaf of focaccia bread with the onion on top. I was in absolute shock with how good it was. The flavor was amazing, I loved it so much that I marked down in the calendar when pre orders start. I will be keeping this place as my go to for delicious homemade bread.
