Great place, great beer and even better food. The wings and burgers are the best in the area and the pizza is unique but very well made. Would easily be 5 stars but constant issues with the bartender. Always double check your order when the bar manager with beard and bun takes your order. 4 times in a row he’s messed up the order or just completely forgot to put the order in.
Just edging out Pizzeria Posto, Night School has the best New York slice I have found in the Hudson Valley. Great atmosphere, excellent drink menu, it's the kind of place you want to hangout with your friends. The pepperoni was plentiful and perfectly cupped. The undercarriage crispy with just the right flop. And the crust was tasty but not surgery. Posto might have a slightly better technique. But Night School's charm and the size of their pies make them a destination....
Although known for their wide selection of beer options, the food here is actually pretty good. We started with the Buffalo Wings. They had that classic tangy, spicy and buttery flavor that you usually can find only in Buffalo. We then ordered a large half cheese / half pepperoni pizza. Boy, this was good. The crust was golden brown and crunchy, the cheese was melted and gooey and bubbling in many spots, and the pepperoni was curled up into little cups of brilliance bursting...
