Such a lovely meal in Athens. Sat outside with our son and doggy. The owner and her daughter were so nice and the good was excellent. The eggplant Parm was perfection as was the chocolate mousse. My son who's usually a bit picky crushed he shrimp scampi. Great spot with a lovely view of the river to cap the night.

So first off this place is in a sort of unpopulated area - however that obviously caused an extreme understaffed issue here. There was only one cook making the food : service was terrible. 21 DOLLARS FOR PASTA WITH VEGETABLES?! atp it robbery gng do not come here. Legit Carillo with red sauce is better than ts. Ts pmo gng brochacho🥀🥀

Nice place. Good basic food, good service, nice people. My wife has celiac and they easily accommodated her dietary needs.

My mother and I had dinner at Seconds last evening and had a fantastic experience. She thought she had made a reservation through Google, but never received a confirmation. When we arrived at 6 PM—on a busy summer concert night in Athens—we realized we didn’t have one. Despite the crowd, the hostess was incredibly gracious and managed to find us a table for two.
The service throughout the evening was excellent. Our waitress was warm, efficient, and attentive—our water glasses were never empty.
We both enjoyed a glass of the organic Chianti (a generous pour) and the eggplant Parmesan, which was outstanding. It came stacked with tender eggplant, spinach, and ricotta, served alongside a perfectly cooked and seasoned pasta in vodka sauce. The portion was just right—we each ate half and took the rest home.
The restaurant itself is beautiful, with great ambiance. It was busy and lively, but everything flowed smoothly. Everyone around us seemed to be enjoying themselves just as much as we were.
Highly recommend!

Amazing dinner tonight. Everything was fantastic .
Reviews looked great! Not sure if the restaurant was understaffed when we came in, but, honestly service was terrible, rushed, unresponsive and slowwwww. Food came out cold and everything tastes like it’s cheap, reheated & frozen. Even a simple pasta with sauce was gross & ice cold. The bread and olive oil was the best part! Delish. Some more bread while we waited 40 min to get our food with no explanation or check in would have been nice. C’mon guys! If you’re competing with all the great food offerings in the area, you need to step it up. Wanted & hoped to love this place! But it falls short - & I don’t recommend. Spaghetti at home would have been better. I hate hate writing bad reviews & I only do it when I feel like a biz is super unprofessional. Sorry guys :(

Enjoyed a lovely meal with my daughter the night before the Sheep and Wool festival. The food was excellent and the portions perfect. Friendly staff and the chef even came and said hello. The description is accurate, causal fine dining! Would return if in the area again!

We sat at the bar and enjoyed the absolutely delicious crab cake. We asked for a spoon to make sure we ate every bit of the lobster sauce! There was fresh local bread with a delicious oil dip,a ceasar salad and I had the salmon and my husband had a goat special. Every dish was a '10 out of 10' and the drinks were delicious and generous. The staff made you feel at home. Thank you for the memorable evening!

The food was very good. The jumbo shrimp cocktail had really huge shrimp, the main courses were delicious. Service was friendly. The noise level in the restaurant was very high though.

I loved their bread dipping oil, made with olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, cheese, and various herbs. I enjoyed it so much and had never had anything like it before. I'm going to try making it on my own! Omg and their potato ugh so good thinly sliced potatoes with butter and cream it tasted sinful

Wow… what a wonderful restaurant. We just happened to walk in (unknowingly)to a great great place to have dinner. Our waitress was top notch…. Our food was near perfection… and the price point was great. 10/10…. Wish it was closer to Albany but definitely putting this keeper into the rotation! Can’t wait get the beef stroganoff again!!!
