Wonderful meal, wonderful experience. I was dining solo, which I do not do that often, and they were so accommodating and friendly. I sometimes think you can judge the quality of the service at a restaurant by how they treat a solo diner :)… the bartender Betty made me feel right at home and the owner Denise checked in at just the right time to ask how everything was. And they have hummingbird cake :) Highly recommend.
I took my husband here for his birthday two days ago. We've been recommend to try Sconds by a lot of our customers in town. We are locals, just haven't had time to try it. Anyway, the food was GREAT one stupid complaint is the vegetable/rice didn't have much flavor. They had a band so that was cool to eat and have some yummy cocktails while they played. My husband had Salmon and I had the Brisket Bacon Burger both were delicious. Our service was great, our waitress...
