If I could give this 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 9pm because I was hungry and we didn’t have dinner plans. I was told about 54 mins for arrival. Hour later, it says it was delayed until 10:08-10:19 pm. Here I am, 11:07pm with an order that never arrived, not even at a neighbors house. Hope one of your employees is enjoying their free food as well as the tip. Meanwhile I’m here hungry and out $21 with an app that keeps telling me to “wait patiently” after the location has closed. I will not be going back as I’m not surprised. I’ve met many rude employees here who can’t seem to do the job they signed up for.

Area for drinks dirty. Counter where ordering dirty. I mentioned to the person taking our order to not set our cup upside down because the counter was dirty.

The girl at drive through seemed like she was more preoccupied with something else than listening to me when I said something THREE times of what I wanted and when I paid my burgers weren't right and my coke tasted like something fruity got mixed in probably won't be going back.

My whopper arrived with a moldy bun. I "resolved" the issue with Doordash but this isn't their fault. This is a failure of the restaurant to follow basic food safety practices

I always come through here for my iced coffee (living in Attica, this is the only place that serves it at a drive thru window lol). Everyone is always so friendly and polite! The one time I actually went in it truly is one of the cleanest and organized Burger King's I have ever seen. I'm very pleased every time I go!
Kid-friendliness: My son LOVES getting the kids meals! He must have about 10 crowns at home! The food for the kids is always hot and fresh and there are many options to choose from.
Just like all fast foods joints, the food was WAYYYY too expensive but no more expensive than any other Burger King. The workers there are absolutely amazing. So good to you and if food isn't ready they will bring it out to you so the line keeps moving.
The remodeled dining room is landslides better than my childhood! And that awesome coke machine that gives you so many options!

Ordered bacon kings. Got no bacon! Has been a consistent problem. They're constantly messing up orders and then trying to make up for it with coupons. Straight trash. Totally done with the lack of management and total disregard of customer service. Better off going to the 7-11 around the corner and eating 4 hour old roller dogs.
They have the Best burgers.
