I went through the drive thru with a mobile order, got back to my apt and realized my whopper jr was forgotten so naturally I came back through as I live right in town and close enough to do so without hassle, while I understand mistakes happen and didn’t have any animosity going back through , after I informed the young lady I was missing said whopper jr one of the other works in the back (clearly a young male) yelled loud enough to come through the speaker “YES SHE DID”. Completely put a bad taste in my mouth and honestly got under my skin, the customer service at this BK is it a hit or miss, while there is plenty of kind people the few rotten ones ruin the experience. The audacity behind the comment/blatant rudeness led me to leave a negative review. I’m never one to complain or treat those in customer service bad let alone lie about a god damn sandwich, I’m thoroughly disappointed with the experience I just had.

Late night staff putting in the work. Stayed open past hours when there was a large local event. Super friendly. Food was the best Burger King I have ever had. Staff was apologetic for a wait even though there was no wait. Perfect experience.

Food is usually the freshest during the busy hours. Staff is about 50/50 on pleasantness and decent service. Not a good location to order delivery from, rarely shows up. Bathrooms are usually the cleanest place in the building.

Absolutely disgusting they don't care about quality food , it seems like they will just send out whatever is sitting there, I bought a Whopper meal , the hamburger was disgusting, it was dry like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours , the bun was dry and crusty as well, every time I go there I always an issue with the food they like to pre make food and stick it under heat lamps instead of making fresh food to order, I will never eat at this location again and I be will submitting a complaint with the health department.
Super moldy whopper bun. I should have photographed it. About a quarter sized black area of mold on the bottom of the whopper bun. Smelled putrid as well. Not sure how the hell it made it into my order. Came to treat my son to his favorite foods and ended up not eating. They offered to make a new one but I was turned off. They brought out a new one anyway, and I didn’t eat it. Never had this happen anywhere. I get it’s a small towns location but this is unacceptable. DISGUSTING!
