“Just had dinner and what an AMAZING experience!! Erica ,our waitress, was so accommodating and well versed in all aspects of the restaurant! Mike, part-owner , was there and came by to check on us making sure that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our meal! I have to say that the Prime Rib was the absolute largest that I have ever been served ! It was seasoned very well. My friend had the Chicken Parm and said that the HOMEMADE sauce was fantastic!! The salmon is made in a honey soy sauce that’s out of this world!!We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked our return visit! Thank you all for a great evening!!!!”

“John and Mary's has been one of my favorite places to eat since childhood when my grandparents would take me to Alden. My opinion is they have the best souvlaki, subs, pizza, and garbage plates around. Food is always perfect and consistent. The staff is so friendly.”

“Thank you for a delicious fish fry, it was big, crispy, nice and flaky-it was still hot when I got home - fantastic!! The fries weren’t gooy they were good and crispy, Cole slaw and Mac salad were a very nice surprise tasted amazing- thank you again- delicious!!”

“We stopped here on sort of a whim yesterday, and I absolutely loved it! Our waitress was polite and attentive. The buffet had everything I was looking for and more that I didn’t even know I was looking for. The crab rangoons were lightly cooked and perfectly crispy, the honey chicken was delicious and crispy as well, and I loved the American foods they had like the butter potatoes and hot dogs wrapped in biscuit rolls. They were constantly checking up on the buffet and adding to it. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on Google before, but this place was definitely worthy of my first Google review. I’m already asking my husband when we can make a trip back. Do not overlook this place!”

“I hosted a baby shower here and it was the perfect location! Affordable large room! The process to rent the space was so easy! I would recommend this to anyone! We brought our own food because of the theme which was so nice to be able to bring outside food and drinks in!”

“I was pretty bummed when I found out my favorite tea was discontinued a couple years ago. Someone posted on Reddit to try Design A Tea, so I did and it completely exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled to find that I could have my favorite tea custom created- Green tea, orange, passionfruit, and jasmine. The options that they have available is insane. Absolutely love the recyclable packaging, custom labels, and the bags that were included. Lovely tea and a good book are one of life's little pleasures :)”

“My husband and I are locals and visit the Amber often for dinner. Katie and all of the servers provide excellent service and make us feel like family. Having a seafood allergy, they go out of their way to accommodate my meal requests which is very appreciated and is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thank you all for all that you do! We are lucky to have a great little hometown local pub to relax and enjoy some R&R. 😊”

“Many, many, many on line complaints. This place COULD be an asset to our town. Unfortunately when staff is consistently rude (not so at Geneseo, Batavia, or East Aurora). One can only surmise that in Warsaw employees are not trained. That would be the owner/manager’s fault. One might well guess that he/she doesn’t know how to smile, be welcoming or accommodating either. So how are these neophytes to learn appropriate customer service without guidance of expectations!? I’m not the only customer, that’s more often than not choosing elsewhere for my two coffees per day habit. Warsaw’s loss. Blah food. Reasonably good coffee. Couldn’t care less, dour faced, charmless staff that’s not interested in recognizing they are so important to success, theirs and the business they’ve chosen to work for.”
