While there's parking out front, note the extra spots along the right side (potentially belonging to the owner). The staff is friendly, but note that growlers are not available for purchase; be sure to bring your own for fills!”

“I was pretty bummed when I found out my favorite tea was discontinued a couple years ago. Someone posted on Reddit to try Design A Tea, so I did and it completely exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled to find that I could have my favorite tea custom created- Green tea, orange, passionfruit, and jasmine. The options that they have available is insane. Absolutely love the recyclable packaging, custom labels, and the bags that were included. Lovely tea and a good book are one of life's little pleasures :)”

“Kim made my wedding cake and cupcakes for our June 1, 2019 wedding. I’ve had the pleasure of being at events that featured desserts made by Kim in the past. She was my #1 choice and I was so happy when she said that she was able and happy to do it. Kim met with my husband and I before the wedding to talk about flavors, colors and everything else wedding cake. We left the meeting excited and confident that we would have a beautiful, delicious cake for our wedding. And it was completely perfect. Kim is so amazing to work with, you wont be disappointed. “Just had dinner and what an AMAZING experience!! Erica ,our waitress, was so accommodating and well versed in all aspects of the restaurant! Mike, part-owner , was there and came by to check on us making sure that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our meal! I have to say that the Prime Rib was the absolute largest that I have ever been served ! It was seasoned very well. My friend had the Chicken Parm and said that the HOMEMADE sauce was fantastic!! The salmon is made in a honey soy sauce that’s out of this world!!We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked our return visit! Thank you all for a great evening!!!!”

“My wife and I came across smokey's by accident, we were out for a Sunday drive, ( we live in Newstead) when hunger pains hit me. We drove around looking for any open place, came across smokey's, looked at each other and said 'why not'. Wife had Shepherds pie, I had the roast beef. Both we excellent and reasonable priced. I've read some reviews and don't care, you can't please everyone all the time. We were quite pleased and definitely WILL return, just not sure when, long drive for us. Thankyou Smokey's”

“Everyone working here was so nice and polite. I had no idea of the store hours, I walked in just a few minutes before the store and restaurant closed, they took my order and made my food and helped me get it out to my Harley. Not one person complained I ordered 5 minutes before closing. The staff and food were 10/10 I’ll be stopping back when I’m out riding!!!!”
