“This Panera is pretty good. Adam and Madison were working, in the middle of a snowstorm, and super fast and friendly. Yes, the prices are a little high if you're from down south. This is New York and a rest stop, so the prices are what I expected.

The lady with the bun and black visor made our night. Great customer service and a nice smile . Our fries, nuggets and ranch chicken fries were nice and hot. Came back and ordered spicy crispy chicken and the patty was also hot.
Hours on the wall states 10am-10pm, online hours says 7:30pm closing but the cashier said they’re switched to summer hours and closes at 11pm. Update your hours so people like me traveling long distance, tired and hungry late at night don’t pass by.”

“Good service on a rainy Thursday morning. I ordered on the Kiosk. Ice coffee with cream, vanilla shot, and cold foam. Bacon, egg, and cheese english muffin. Plenty of seating. Clean travel center. No complaints.”

“After telling my fiance I wanted to go on a date, he picked Nana's in Alden to take me to. We love mediterranean food and let me tell you we were not disappointed!! This place by far is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. We live about 30 minutes away and drive here almost once a week now. The staff is incredible, too. You can tell the chef is passionate about his food and loves what he does. The food is always fresh and tastes incredible!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience every time”

“We went for Sunday brunch. We had a group of 7. Staff was very attentive, putting tables together so we had more room, right there to pick up empty plates, friendly with customers. The food was plentiful and delicious. We will be returning, we have already chosen a date.”
