They're nice here just a little slow. It took 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich today and it wasn't busy
Lack of consistency at this location....ordered light syrup in a large and literally had a inch gap at the top...not the usual dunking experience. Coffee waa not badly made fwiw, just shorted the order.
Good service on a rainy Thursday morning. I ordered on the Kiosk. Ice coffee with cream, vanilla shot, and cold foam. Bacon, egg, and cheese english muffin. Plenty of seating. Clean travel center. No complaints.

Dunkin' located in the Pembroke Travel Area along I-90 is a convenient stop for travelers. It offers quick and friendly service, with staff working hard despite being only two employees at times. Customers appreciate the clean and spacious seating options in the service centre, which also features very clean bathrooms. The drive-through is available, and the location has kiosks for ordering, although they may be offline at times. The menu includes donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and various coffee drinks, with many customers mentioning their favorite cold brew or coffee. One customer shared a positive experience where the shift lead personally made an exceptional cold brew after they couldn't get their usual. Although some items like the $6 deal or specific drinks such as a cold brew may not always be available, staff generally remain polite and friendly. Customers feel that the staff work hard and deserve respect, especially when waiting times are longer. Overall, this Dunkin' is praised for its good service, tasty food and drinks, and its role as a reliable stop while traveling on the highway. Many plan to return, appreciating the clean environment and the helpful staff.
