Great fish and shrimp meals. Service was experienced kind and very helpful. Alabama hotel is locally owned and operated and a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner.Kid-friendliness: The bar is separated from the dinning room making it very difficult to hear anything from the bar to the dinning room.
We have been to the Alabama hotel 3 times so far. We had the prime rib, the fish fry, the roast beef and the chicken Parm. Everything we had was really good. I especially like the mashed potatoes that come in a cup with hot gravy over them . The salad bar is clean, well stocked and the fresh warm bread is yum. The bar area is nice and everyone was very friendly. They made us feel right at home. We are looking forward to going back again.

Our first time over to dine at the Alabama Hotel. We arrived at 2 PM and noticed for the time of day the parking lot had more then a few cars in the parking lot for time of day. This is a historical hotel which dates back to the 1800 and has been kept update and modernized. Handicapped acceptable which includes parking( a nice sized lot off street parking) as well as a handicap bar to get up a few stairs and wide enough for wheel chair.
