Ordered a bean and meat taco. Waited quite a while for it even though it was not busy and it's a simple order. When I got it, it was cold and there was no cheese. Since it was to go, I didn't realize until I got home (2 blocks away) so I began to heat it up in the microwave and realized there was no cheese. I tried to call. I was asked to wait a minute. Five minutes later, I hung up and tried again. I was asked to wait a minute. After six minutes, I drove back down there. They were not busy. I asked if cheese came with a taco, she said yes. I explained there was no cheese and it was cold. She apologized and said she could put me in a book to have some food comped or something 'the next time I came back in". I said no, I would definitely not be back. Not only a bad order on a simple item but to make someone wait over 11 minutes when you are not busy? I actually drove there while still on hold. Parking lot empty. No one at the counter or tables. Bad food, bad service, and if it is wrong, too bad. Apparently "John and Mary's, can you please hold?" means 'we are too busy emptying garbage pails than to attend to a customer's call". I am sorry I added a tip to the charge. Live and learn. Will not do that again or go there again.

I don't get many deliveries where I live, but they do!! The pizza was excellent. Real cheese, very good sweet sauce, regulare or cuopped pepperoni, and tons of good sausage. The super double royal sub was fantastic. Real lettuce, not bagged. very good. Good prices and delivered in only an hour. Definitely will order again and again.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. The staff was wonderful , especially one young gentleman working there named Noah. This young man helped my wife carry her food to the car when I could not. Who said chivalry was dead. 5 Stars!

This is my favorite John and Marys to eat at. They always have my order correct. The food always taste fresh and the staff is very kind. If you want great food in a timely manner this is the place to eat. I love the variety of food they have and personally i think this is the best pizza spot in Attica. Thank you guys for being the best. I will continue to eat here as long as i live out here. Absolutely aweful. I grew up working at John and marys in alden and the service was way better than attica. We've had multiple wrong orders with inaccurate wait times and now a 2 hour long delivery window for a small pizza....Absolutely astounded and they should be ashamed of themselves as management that they let this go on.This is also with numerous calls to the owner, Ted ulm and his son about the horrible operation in attica.They really deserve zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option.

Delicious food every time! Open souvlakis are amazing there. Chicken Caesar salad, the chicken, was perfectly cooked. Chicken wings nice and crispy. The potato skins were good a little too much cheese for me but nonetheless delicious so if you like cheese you'll love the amount of it.

My father was surprised at the wait and only looked a bit shocked to get met with a rude, “it’s friday and we’re busy. this isn’t burger king.” He had done absolutely nothing to call for this. It took even longer to receive our food than her estimated time, which would normally not be a problem. She couldn’t see him standing there and was talking to someone else saying he was the one that “ordered with an attitude” when he had done nothing wrong. The Alden location is much kinder and better food.If you want rude employees and overpriced below mediocre food then go here!

They should be ashamed. I’ve never had a pizza that looked worse in my life. I asked for cup n char, not what I got. I asked for mushrooms and black olives and they were poured on after the pizza was cooked so all the mushroom, and all the olives fell off and were completely raw. I ask for well done and it was hardly even cooked! $37 for a pizza and a sub and that’s what I get. It was disgusting. I‘ve never been more disappointed.
