Placed a mobile order and waited. Was told they didn't have my order and to pull up and wait. After 15 minutes I went inside angry and the manager told me they don't have my order and argued with me. They are very unprofessional and I'll never be back.

we stopped here at the drive through late afternoon yesterday. I went to eat my roast beef sandwich and could not get the long hair stuck within the beef out of my mouth. I gagged. Also, the beef tasted maybe left over or freezer burnt or perhaps even spoiled, not sure. But all of the food was thrown. We didn't get any sauce and few napkins. Never again for here.

It's been awhile since I have visited an Arby's. I've been wanting to try the thanksgiving sandwiches. I ordered the Gobbler and was pleasantly surprised. It was a good combination from the turkey and crispy onions to the herb spread. I would order it again. The store was nice and clean and had acceptable service times.
Seems to be going down hill. I had been stopping in for the great fresh sandwiches but it looks like they have been dropped

Just ordered 1 curly 1 crinkle and 2 beef n cheddar. Why is it the late night crew can't make fries. Any time I order they are always nasty like they been there hours.
