“This is a cozy little diner with friendly waitstaff and very good food. We stopped in for breakfast. They make huge, fluffy pancakes and had turkey sausage on the menu (a nice treat for me).”

“wow. this place is incredible. amazing vegetarian options. huge menu. large portions at a fair price. can't recommend them more. their tofu dishes are incredible - the tofu drunken noodles, tofu hibachi and the Massamon curry were all 10/10. best miso soup I've had. we don't live in or near Auburn but next time we're in the area, we'll be back.Vegetarian options: tons of delicious veggie options. the tofu is prepared perfectly.”

The Brussel sprouts are sooo delicious as are the wings - had garlic parm and the rub ones. Yum. The server was awesome too.There was 5 of us and we enjoy food. Celebrated my daughter's birthday.”

“I had a burger and fries which was phenomenal!! The burger was perfect and the fries were amazing. I didn't care for the barstools, I found them uncomfortable but the food, and service was amazing!!”

“We ordered for 3 people about half hour to close and we didn't arrive till 10 to close but the food was still very hot and cooked to the correct order. It wasn't thrown together, it was just perfect. They let us sit outside and eat while they closed the inside, no one rushed us or made us feel unwelcomed. If you are gonna go, always get the cheese sticks.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a window in the front for ordering or picking up. Easy for someone to wheel up. Also the entrance is ground level.”

“We were staying at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Auburn after a long drive and wanted to eat somewhere we could walk to….well this is the place folks…we called for reservations around 3:45 for 6:30. We got there around 6:25 and we were seated by the fireplace. For a Wednesday evening the place had a really good crowd….our service was excellent and the food was amazing…standout dishes were the Salad Lyonnaise with bacon and a poached egg, Foie Gras special(really amazing), Fried Buttermilk Chicken and lastly the blueberry creme brûlée for dessert. Our cocktails were excellent also….Definitely the place to eat in the downtown area and only a 3 minute walk from the hotel not 8 like Google maps had indicated….”

“My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Springside Inn and it was truly magical. Chris went above and beyond making sure our guests were happy. The perfect spot for an intimate event. Additionally, we spent our wedding night at the inn and it was the perfect spot to take in the Finger Lakes!”

“The restaurant is inside the Hilton Garden Inn and I was not sure what to expect . I have to say it was an extremely pleasant experience. The food was top notch and our server was friendly and had great recommendations. The atmosphere was pleasant and prices were reasonable. I will make this a stop again when I am back in the area .”

“I've gotten takeout from New China Royal twice now and they are the best chinese restaurant I can find locally. The food tastes fresh, the sauces are robust, the staff is very friendly, and you get it all for a reasonably low price. You just can't beat that. 5 Google maps stars are easy to give!”

“Can’t believe I haven’t already left a review! They did our wedding and were AMAZING!! Everyone loved it and raved to me about them after! We had zero issues from booking to set up to tear down. They even threw in extras to make the experience even more magical. The food is amazing and you can tell it’s made from the heart and not just re heating frozen foods. I wish I had photos but I think it was all devoured before we could even think about taking a photo! Highly recommend. We have also gone to their food truck many times and always look for them at events. TRY THE MEATBALLS!”

“Good food, outside seating in good weather, popular informal dining. We sat outside at 5:30 pm since it was fairly noisy inside the cozy but very busy restaurant and bar (for a Monday). I had a thin crust cheese and sausage pizza and my friend had the veggie spaghetti dish. Large portions, so we both had leftovers. Only gripe was that though our waiter was genial and efficient, he seemed always in a rush, and indeed forgot about my companion’s request for a second glass of wine. Also, parking might be a little tricky. I’d go again.”

“Tops meat department in Auburn makes the best Italian Sausage I have ever had. They have the best Italian Bread, Vienna Bread and French Bread too! Always friendly staff in the Deli department doing requests for several half pound selections at a time. The cashiers will call for someone to get an item I forgot and are very nice about it. Good place to do the grocery shopping.”

“Great coffee shop. The staff is always happy, which I think speaks a lot to their work environment. It makes for a very nice experience.Now for the unforgivable. One of their staff created a drink called Apple Dumpling. For one month, I was able to enjoy the best latte I have ever had. Period. Then it was gone. It could have been saved!! Spooky apple dumpling, thankful apple dumpling, jolly apple dumpling, apple dumpling resolutions, apple dumpling of love.....see it has a place in every month!!!We use their coffee beans daily in our home. We have NEVER gotten old beans and have never drawn a bad shot after dialing it in so they are very consistent. They are the same beans they use in the apple dumpling iced latte.....which is gone....where was I....oh yeah.As far as wait times, for us, coffee is not just an energy boost it is an experience, we have no problem waiting if there is a line. As a matter of fact, I would be a bit leery of a place cranking out "handcrafted beverages" at high speeds. I mean can you imagine getting a beautiful large apple dumpling iced latte with cinnamon white chocolate drizzle cascading down the walls of the cup with a delightful dusting of cinnamon in under 2 minutes??? I think not!!Did I mention I miss the apple dumpling iced latte....Okay just making sure....Anyway! I highly recommend the appl.....um, the East hut!”

“Had a fantastic breakfast here. Omelettes are light and fluffy, stuffed French toast was amazing, great home fries and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. And to boot, the staff couldn’t have been nicer, and they hustle!”

Don't bring your kids expecting free ice cream but I have seen it on a number of occasions. I eat here two or three times a week when I'm working in the summer.Parking: There are two parking lots one on each side. Leaves plenty of room for people getting food and ice cream or those who choose to play the Amazing miniature golf.Kid-friendliness: As I said earlier the owner loves children and is a very friendly older gentleman.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire complex is one level leaving ease of access for wheelchair or any disability that involves motion. Also plenty of places to sit for the most beautiful view of Owasco Lake you have ever seen.”

“10/10. Food is excellent period. Fried fish, scallops, shrimp, even chicken, and fries. I've eaten it all over the years and still choose this place over any other Auburn "Friday Fish". Sides are homemade- coleslaw is not too mayonnaise-y, which is a plus. Seafood Bisque yum yum! And honestly the lemon blueberry cake is also bomb too! Makes me glad tomorrow is Friday!”

“One of my favorite "fast food" restaurants. I ordered the Mexican Street Taco Soup (delicious and HUGE) and the avocado and turkey club sandwich (same as the soup - delicious and generously portioned). These two items, along with a drink, chips, and an apple, came to less than $20, and I was STUFFED. The employees were friendly, and the dining room was clean and well-lit. Will definitely return.”

“What a great neighborhood bar. I've lived 3 blocks over from the bar and never had any issues with noise or nuisance. I stop in once every 6 months. We have friends that come from all over the world to work for a week or two in Auburn, we always send them to Otoole's. The bar is quiet, has it's regulars, and cheap prices. O'Tooles has been a staple to the community for decades. Unfortunately the noisy neighbor who has no community ties - outsider -- has surveillance all over the place. Mind your manners outside or you can be posted to social media in one of his oppressive feeble posts.”
