“A friend of mine came to visit from out of town and we decided to have brunch at a new spot- at long last in Auburn. When I tell you that every single thing we ordered was phenomenal down to our coffees & mimosas, I am not exaggerating. This was the best brunch I’ve had EVER. Our food, drinks, and service were phenomal. Highly recommend! 100 stars. ✨”

“We had our informal wedding reception at Prison City North Street location in the barrel room. We dropped off our decor the day prior and they set everything up perfectly. We chose the taco bar for dinner and late night pretzels as our food options and everything was delicious. They set up a smaller bar for us in the brew space which worked out great. Amy the event coordinator was great to work with. We would recommend Prison City North Street location for any event!”

“We've been to Moro's Table 3 times now after not finding what we were looking for in Seneca Falls. It has been delicious every time, from the steak frites to the crab and shrimp cakes, lamb chops, and key lime pie. Best fried green tomatoes in the area.”

“Today even though it was storming my fiancée and I had a great time! We went to mini golf because we didn’t realize how fast the storm was coming and was caught in the storm. We ran inside when the man I’m assuming in charge offered us some rain check chips to come back and finish! We then ordered two sundaes that were delicious and sat in their beautiful dining room and watched the rest of the storm over the lake. This was definitely a good experience we had a great time and made a fun memory.”

“I had an easier time choosing a career! Look at the cadre of sundaes… We finally settled on the Maple Bacon and the Baklava as they sounded both deluxe and a little more exotic. We were not disappointed!

On the return trip we repeated maple bacon and they were kind enough to make us the molten mint brownie with grasshopper pie ice cream (instead of mint chocolate chip)! Again, beyond A+… The ice cream and brownie achieve a pleasant decadence well beyond what you’d expect ordering takeout!

Their custard base is the best soft serve we’ve had in New York! Their onion rings were a fantastic balance of enough batter while still being very crispy. Their weekly burger special was solid.

Third trip back: Butterscotch Blondie sundae was amazing with a warm, buttery rich blonde brownie! So good! And the onion rings did not miss again!”

“Costa Grande is a fantastic restaurant sitting right outside of Auburn. I have been several times, and I always have a great dining experience.

I tend to be someone who gets the same food once they find something they like, and time after time it's consistently delicious. Hot, fresh and always hits the spot.

Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is clean, warm, and cozy. Several booths and larger tables to accommodate groups. What really makes Costa worthwhile are the employees. They have long term employees who truly know what they are doing, and it shows. Food service is a difficult, fast paced environment, but they are always right on top of things. Friendly, fast, and accurate service and I couldn't be more appreciative to have it in our community.”

“I love green tea itself as well as matcha. Today while getting my first matcha, an iced matcha latte using ceremony grade tea and oat milk, I took my first sip and was pleasantly surprised. It did not surprise me when I realized that this is truly hand crafted and the best matcha you can ask for. I was however surprised when I said just how good it was every single customer joined in and noted that it always rates as their favorite too! If you want the best matcha you could ask for with friendly service check this place out and enjoy!”

“This subway is in the Auburn Plaza, parking is decent, and the shop is conveniently located at the far end. It is clean, well organized and modern looking. The food is always good quality when I go there.

The real nice part of this particular Subway is the staff tend to be long term employees who are very good at what they do. Food service is tricky, fast paced work and they always handle many customer's at once which is impressive. They are also friendly and accommodating and it is regularly a great experience there.”

My nephews ate right up and said they were pleased. I had Orange flavored beef and shrimp lo mein. Both were quite good. Ordered another shrimp lo mein “to go”.
Prices not out of line at all imo. We were there a good hour! Talking and watching the downtowny peeps walking by.

“Ichiban in Auburn NY is a wonderful Japanese Steak House that has been opened it's doors in the 2010's to significant anticipation by the community at the time.

The food is consistently good, and the staff have always been kind, thoughtful and hard working. They always make you feel welcome and cared for. I always choose to eat at a booth, and never done the Hibachi. I have heard the hibachi is excellent, and it always looks exciting when I have gone there to eat but I enjoy the simplicity of a booth experience.

The atmosphere and ambiance are where I feel the restaurant truly shines. It occupies what was originally an old Ponderosa building, and they have molded the space elegantly to be a peaceful and serene dining environment. You walk over a small pond at the entrance with Koi fish swimming underneath. The seating is private and comfortable, they play quiet music, and it truly adds to the entire motif. Couldn't say enough about the comfort it brings to be there.

Truly recommend this experience if you are in the area and have a chance to eat there.”
