“My friend and I were on our way home when we saw a sign for CJS Vineyards. We ended up turning around and stopping in - Chris and and the wines were both wonderful! He explained each wine in a way that was easy to understand and helped me to branch out my pallette. I will definitely return!“

“I had the pleasure of dining at Pavlos’ last week for my birthday. I was treated to breakfast by a coworker. The meal was second to none. I really enjoy the way In which my food was cooked, presented, and consistently checked on by my server. I’d recommend paying a visit to Pavlos’ to anyone who enjoys a good meal at a decent price. The venue is absolutely breathtaking — elegant, warm, and full of character. The staff were incredible to work with, and the owner’s passion for creating unforgettable events is clear in every detail. The food was outstanding, and I was even provided a private room to prepare for my interactions with guests, which made the entire experience smooth and professional. The holiday atmosphere they created was truly magical — the kind of setting that leaves guests in awe and sets the perfect tone for the season. This is a remarkable place that goes above and beyond. “Great atmosphere! Great beer selection! Im from Buffalo, in town to visit family. My cousin brought me here to hang out. I couldn't be more pleased with the place. Everyone (bartender and guests) were very personable. Amazing conversation! The ball game was on TV. We were all being friends. I will definitely be back!“

“By far the best dining experience I have had in Auburn in a long time. I am so impressed by their drink prices, food choices and the relaxed atmosphere. It is very adequately proportioned between atmosphere and the level of the music playing in terms of sound level. I will definitely return for more regular dining. “Ichiban in Auburn NY is a wonderful Japanese Steak House that has been opened it's doors in the 2010's to significant anticipation by the community at the time.
The food is consistently good, and the staff have always been kind, thoughtful and hard working. They always make you feel welcome and cared for. I always choose to eat at a booth, and never done the Hibachi. I have heard the hibachi is excellent, and it always looks exciting when I have gone there to eat but I enjoy the simplicity of a booth experience.
The atmosphere and ambiance are where I feel the restaurant truly shines. It occupies what was originally an old Ponderosa building, and they have molded the space elegantly to be a peaceful and serene dining environment. You walk over a small pond at the entrance with Koi fish swimming underneath. The seating is private and comfortable, they play quiet music, and it truly adds to the entire motif. Couldn't say enough about the comfort it brings to be there.
Truly recommend this experience if you are in the area and have a chance to eat there.“
