“The food is outstanding! Super fresh, local ingredients, cooked properly. Ordered the specials of the day: grilled rainbow trout and ribeye with potatoes. The ingredients itself was so high quality-beef that tasted super beefy, medium rare done at exactly medium rare… the sides… the sauces… nothing was overly seasoned or salty, all the accompaniments were done well. Ordered seasonal local veggies as an appetizer… omg, so fresh, so good! Atmosphere is comfortable and airy, service so nice and friendly!“

“I really like bagels and cakes for breakfast lunch or dinner. My kids love going here and playing games while we wait for our food. They have a book shelf with board games and card games for patrons to use. The dining room is cozy with dining tables you would find in someone's home. The food is always good and the prices are too. One of my kids always orders a chocolate chip pancake no matter what time of day we go. While my other child likes the acai bowls. I love the breakfast sandwiches, burgers, pasta, salads pretty much everything on the menu. They serve beer and wine too. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Geneva we eat here about 2x a month for easy quick dinners. Their specialty cakes are amazing. If you really want to impress a group or individual on a special occasion recommend the strawberry layered vanilla cake!“

“Given the area, this place was a welcome treat. Their menu is clearly labeled and changes often. Nice outdoor seating. We ordered 2 salads, a Beyond Burger, a Big A** pretzel, artichoke hush puppies, and had fried sunchokes(!). Salads were great (tough to get a good salad around here), Beyond burger was delish, artichoke hush puppies were great if you are a fan of hush puppies, and sunchokes are a delight just for existing! Unfortunately, the pretzel was dry and bread-y. It was our least fave item and wouldn't recommend it.“

“Made a last minute decision to stop by Ventosa Vineyards and arrived just in time to get a wine flight before the 6:00 cutoff. There was plenty of room to sit at a table in the large outside seating area and enjoy the sunset and the spectacular view overlooking the vineyards and Seneca Lake. The wine was wonderful and we decided to order the charcuteria board and caesar salad as a complement. The charcuterie was generously sized and appropriately so for the cost. Everything was delicious - the assorment of four cheeses and several italian meats, grapes, olives and premium crackers. The caesar salad was excellent as well - fresh greens, crispy flavorful croutons and the right amount of flavorful dressing that didn't drown the salad. I've no reason to think that the rest of the menu would not be equally well prepared. In addition, the staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. Very pleased that we stopped by and plan on doing so again before we head off. Highly recommended for the wine, ambience and cuisine.
Stopped by the next night and ordered the delicious pizza and listened to music performed on the patio. More good reasons to visit Ventosa Vineyards.“

“You guys should get an award for that pork fried rice. By far the best I've ever had. We ordered last week and I had gotten extra this time, but I forgot. I just had the happiest surprise while I was looking for a late night snack. Still tastes amazing! My husband's obsessed with your egg rolls. We're never disappointed. You're always our go to for date night. Please let your staff know you're all doing great over there!“

“Do NOT miss out on this gem of a quick eatery and pub hang out! My friend and i had traveled from out of state, it was late and we were hungry and exhausted. Even though it was close to closing we were welcomed in by the main bartender Blake and Angie who was in training. She did great btw. The chef Juan was out in the main area since it was late and gave us not only great recommendations for our food but also for our trip around the wine trail we had planned for tomorrow. We both had sandwiches with their roast beef. The meat was tender and flavorful and the bread was so good! Our meal really hit the spot after such a long day and what made it even better was the amazing and welcoming service we received. If you live in Geneva, make this your regular hangout!!!“

“We were there for a late lunch on a beautiful day and ate outside for the view. The seafood chowder was delicious! Great selection of sandwiches etc. Everything was acceptable although a little on the pricey side for lunch. Would I go back? Definitely for the soup (can I get that recipe?). I also think on a cold day inside at the expansive bar (with a view) and the stone fireplace would be great.“

“Caveat. Not a wine drinker and have never visited the Finger Lakes. I enjoyed the scenery of the lake. I can recommend the miso salmon. Go with the local wine to get a full flavor of the area. Hope to visit again in this lifetime. Good job to the staff who waited on us. Friendly service and you cannot beat the ambience of the castle and the lake.“
