“Been driving past this establishment for the last 20 years and never stopped(I know, shameful😔). A friend posted their desire to go and get the shamrock shake. I decided to reply and make it a double date with my wife. Let me tell you, I havent felt that amazed and impressed in a diner in 30 years! The atmosphere and overall condition of Connies Diner is top notch. The waitresses were all enthusiastic and the kitchen staff can be seen working diligently and also with enthusiasm. Food is absolutely 100% on point! To top it all off, Gena our waitress is my newest favorite person, I was making jabs at her and she was jabbing me right back lol. She was the icing on the cake and we'll be back this Saturday to bask in all the glory of Connies Diner again!“

“I've always loved ciccinos, but it seems like they're downsizing.I love me and my boyfriend.Both love their cheeseburg subs and they were all bred in no burger.No tomato, hardly know anything we ate bread.So no, I'm not happy with it, but you guys are the best.And what you do so why downsize?“

“A fun destination with lots of of outdoor seating. Ole timey car door service with all the goodies ...hot dogs, fries, burgers, onion rings, root beer, ice cream, subs and more. Just old fashioned fun with old fashioned prices. The kids waiting at cars really hustle, don't forget to tip. New ice cream sandwiches.“

“Wait service remains a bit ditsy. Forgot the soup, dropped the dishes on the floor. Food, OK. Brussel sprouts haven't changed in years, still a bit over fried in too much oil. Shortribs, could have used a sharper knife, a bit tough to chew. Though we have dined there a number of times since they opened, Will probably be a good while before we try it again, if we do.“

“Perfect place for a relaxing dinner. We so enjoyed the evening at Knapp. It is wonderful to have a menu that suggests what wine to have with the dinner selections. Wonderful menu, meals were prepared deliciously. The very talented Chef came to our table to ensure we were pleased with the meals. Wines were good. The atmosphere on the patio with vines and beautiful gardens topped off the event.

“I ordered a NY style pizza and a meatball sub. The pizza was very good and yes I mean very good!
The sub had issues, very little sauce and cheese, meatballs were different, kind of like boiled and bland. That is what they looked and tasted like. I apologies because the service was great making it hard to be honest here. Your choice of sub bread was not good either .The prices didn't not match the on line menu. I am giving a 5 for service and the pizza.
I am giving a 2 for the sub, it wasn't the worst sub I have had but no where close to the best as well.“

“Given the area, this place was a welcome treat. Their menu is clearly labeled and changes often. Nice outdoor seating. We ordered 2 salads, a Beyond Burger, a Big A** pretzel, artichoke hush puppies, and had fried sunchokes(!). Salads were great (tough to get a good salad around here), Beyond burger was delish, artichoke hush puppies were great if you are a fan of hush puppies, and sunchokes are a delight just for existing! Unfortunately, the pretzel was dry and bread-y. It was our least fave item and wouldn't recommend it.“

“Made a last minute decision to stop by Ventosa Vineyards and arrived just in time to get a wine flight before the 6:00 cutoff. There was plenty of room to sit at a table in the large outside seating area and enjoy the sunset and the spectacular view overlooking the vineyards and Seneca Lake. The wine was wonderful and we decided to order the charcuteria board and caesar salad as a complement. The charcuterie was generously sized and appropriately so for the cost. Everything was delicious - the assorment of four cheeses and several italian meats, grapes, olives and premium crackers. The caesar salad was excellent as well - fresh greens, crispy flavorful croutons and the right amount of flavorful dressing that didn't drown the salad. I've no reason to think that the rest of the menu would not be equally well prepared. In addition, the staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. Very pleased that we stopped by and plan on doing so again before we head off. Highly recommended for the wine, ambience and cuisine.
Stopped by the next night and ordered the delicious pizza and listened to music performed on the patio. More good reasons to visit Ventosa Vineyards.“

“My wife and I were visiting the area last Sunday afternoon and found this wonderful place for lunch. The food was incredible and the portion sizes were huge! We knew nothing about this place and took a chance and boy were we glad we did! Server was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Decor and atmosphere are superb and the place is neat, clean, and looks fantastic! Wondering if the owners would consider opening another one of these in the Detroit Michigan area.😉

“You guys should get an award for that pork fried rice. By far the best I've ever had. We ordered last week and I had gotten extra this time, but I forgot. I just had the happiest surprise while I was looking for a late night snack. Still tastes amazing! My husband's obsessed with your egg rolls. We're never disappointed. You're always our go to for date night. Please let your staff know you're all doing great over there!“

“We were there for a late lunch on a beautiful day and ate outside for the view. The seafood chowder was delicious! Great selection of sandwiches etc. Everything was acceptable although a little on the pricey side for lunch. Would I go back? Definitely for the soup (can I get that recipe?). I also think on a cold day inside at the expansive bar (with a view) and the stone fireplace would be great.“

“Caveat. Not a wine drinker and have never visited the Finger Lakes. I enjoyed the scenery of the lake. I can recommend the miso salmon. Go with the local wine to get a full flavor of the area. Hope to visit again in this lifetime. Good job to the staff who waited on us. Friendly service and you cannot beat the ambience of the castle and the lake.“
