“My husband and I had a very rare day together when we did not have our kids, or were working separate shifts, so we wandered out, and decided we wanted real coffee so we stopped at Gretchen's. As we walked to the door it said CLOSED, as they typically are on Mondays, however, they saw us and immediately opened the door and welcomed us in!! I was shocked! I felt horrible, but they really did their best to accommodate us, and my husband got the drink he wanted, and I got a hot Americano, which was great! I was just astonished at the humanity and customer service. Real people here at Gretchen's!!“
“A+ eatery in all regards. I’ve begun bringing my vegetarian teen in regularly for special 1x1 days. I’ve loved every menu item I’ve ordered, as has my teen. The atmosphere is wonderful. The lighting is bright. The dining area is spacious and quiet. This is an excellent place to grab a cup of coffee and have a peaceful moment.
