“I like the coffee, but the Camillus shop has an off putting smell to it. I kind of assumed the worker I almost always saw there had BO, but I’ve been there at different times and it’s still there. BUT, the workers there are always friendly and seem happy to serve really good coffee.“

“Pulled right up to order and a girl kept stopping and walking away after asking for our order, I pulled up to a second window that was open and no one was there. Pulled up to the next one and told them what happened and two girls started arguing and walked away. My husband wanted me to drive off but I said give it a second.The manager Eric came to the window was very nice, he apologized for the inappropriate behavior. He was very professional and handled our entire order and gave us extra fries and cookies. Thank you. We will be back because of him.“

“First it's the friendly people that work there! The first time I went in was when I was working over in the plaza and I was greeted as soon as I came in mostly it seems quiet there which is nice. But quiet doesn't mean that no one is coming in because well I was waiting for my drink, smoothie and waffle they had a steady stream of people coming in. After having my tea,smoothie and waffle I can absolutely understand why! not only are the people who work there nice and helpful since it was my first time there I did have some questions that they answered. But the tea is great! the first time I got the Lavender Milk tea with boba,it was a nice balance of Lavender with enough sweetness and milk to have it be a nice afternoon drink. I also got the Orange Smoothie with rainbow jellies I upgraded to the larger since it was my lunch and it was refreshing, tasty and well worth the cost to have a healthy lunch, the rainbow jellies added to the fruit flavor of the smoothie making it almost a different flavor with each sip! The Pandon waffle with Ube icecream is a nice addition to everything it's made fresh there to order and it's a nice light almost vanilla flavor on its own but adding the ube icecream enhanced the flavor both work well and it's Gluten free! I've also gotten the green tea and mango with boba, a strawberry banana smoothie and move over Starbucks because if you think you've had dragon fruit from them and like it. You'll love the real deal with them! They also have some fruits on the menu that you don't see everyday like Jackfruit,Lychee,and Durian! I haven't been brave enough yet to try them but I definitely will! You won't regret giving them a try! oh and definitely sign up for their membership! you get upgrades and birthday treats with it!“

“My grandmother developed dementia and hasn’t been able to cook in a long time, and I gave Eva’s a try today, seeking comfort only Polish food can bring. I cried. The food was so good. It sent me back to my grandmother’s table, and I was listening to her curse in Polish. I ate until my heart sang, and ordered food to go to help get me through the rest of the weekend. If you want authentic and delicious Polish food, this is the place. I will be back!“

“Visited Starbux today, vanilla bean Frappuccino was nice but v sweet. My friend had a blonde coffee + milk. She left most of it, she sed it tasted bitter + stewed. Won't b going back.“

“It is Bowl BOSS! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. I would recommend the smoothies and acai bowls they're amazing. I haven't explored their menu, but they do server health waffles and toast if that is of your interest!
I have the atmosphere a 4 because it is a small place and can get crammed if there are a lot of people.“

“Upon arriving I was greeted immediately by a very friendly face behind the counter.It was a pleasant surprise because usually I'm ignored or spoken to in a manner that makes me feel like an inconvenience anywhere I go especially busy coffee shops!It was a Saturday morning / early afternoon.I requested a very overly specific coffee/latteThe gentleman behind the counter was super receptive to my specifications. And even chatted with me happily while he prepared my drink!Other customers arrived while I was waiting for my order. The barista still welcomed and chatted with the other customers as well multitasking and just impressively kind.This is exactly why I only indulge in coffee and treat myself once in a while and when I do it is at local small businesses like this.The coffee was kicking strong just how I like itIt was fresh and tasty ?I will be returning again and again. ?✨Not to mention the neighborhood was nice They even had little tables outside to sit in the sun and enjoy the day!Literally the only critique I could divulge is the lackluster decor and surroundings inside of the coffee shop. It looked as if it had only been open maybe 6 months to a year. Come to find out the location's been open for a few years.I couldn't tell the personality of the owner based on the surroundings.Although It was super duper clean which was awesome! It made up for the fact that it was less flashy.But it could definitely use some warm elements...Perhaps some paintings, flowers - maybe some music to set the mood or fairy lights & plants. “Happened upon this lovely bakery with great options for donuts, cookies, and cupcakes. They also have lunch items such as sandwiches and they have plenty of coffee and tea options to choose from. They had a coffee item on special with honey and an option called a chai-der or chai-cider which sounded delicious. Anyone visiting Skaneateles should stop here, there’s seating inside or you could take it to go. There’s also a restroom for customers.

Parking: There’s street parking on the main road. Like any other place it depends if there’s something available, I found parking by the lake.

Kid-friendliness: This is a lovely spot for families to come.“

“This is by far my favorite Starbucks location out of any other I have been to. Their service…. Chefs kiss. I go there almost every day and get a coffee. Every time I pull up to even the drive thru menu for them to take my order, nothing but great energy first thing in the morning. And it’s always consistent! When I pull up to the check out window, they immediately go out of their way to compliment me, telling me I look like I’m going to take on the world today, that they love my hair, or that I’m a complete vibe. It’s not your scripted customer service shpeel. They seem to genuinely care about setting you up for a great day. It’s truly the best part of my morning, especially when I have to go spend the next 8 hours at my desk. Sometimes they even leave little notes on your coffee sleeve. Not to mention, food and drinks never disappoint, always hot and come out quick. Love you Starbucks. Thank you for always starting my day off right.“

“I visit this Dunkin' location once or twice a week and I have been doing so for years. I also travel a lot and frequent many other Dunkin locations all over NY State. The Baldwinsville Dunkin on Genesse St. (and its professional staff) can best be described by one word, EXCEPTIONAL! The staff is always fast and friendly and at the times they are short staffed (or really busy) they always apologize for the delay. I believe there are two reasons for this exceptionalism. The "prep" people and the Manager Jeremy.Jessica and Theresa are just unbelievable at their jobs. When they are preparing the food, it is so fast. It's as though they are doing a dance, never missing a beat and maintaining a rhythm of incredible speed. Jess is lightning fast and at times, you will literally see her dancing at the ovens. (It's also come to my attention that this young lady drives a long distance to the job she clearly loves. This is so rare for a young person today) Theresa is not only fast, she is methodical! She is like the North Star of the Dunkin universe. Always there and always constant. She is a true master of her craft. I am so grateful that these two ladies chose my local Dunkin to share their talents as with their abilities they could succeed at any other Jobs/careers they wanted.You have to tip your hat to the Manager, Jeremy as this consistent high quality of service comes from the top down. He is almost always there, with his sleeves rolled up working along side his crew members. He is leading by example and nurturing is young people continually. He is amazing! (and truly a nice guy) Dunkin on Genesse St in Baldwinsville is exceptional!!!!“

“I like my neighborhood dunkin' in western lights. When I go always friendly and speedy service. Lines are always lined up to onondaga blvd, and when I walk in, I still have quick service and don't have to wait until their line is down. Today, I got the wrap with turkey sausage, I love that it is an option. Most places dont have turkey sausage, and I also got my favorite iced Macha latte ? yum and hash brown. Keep it up, guys! “I would like to thank all of the workers and the manager at this location. This past Tuesday, me, a friend and her two daughters stopped in for Food and Drinks. Unfortunately, the app was down as well as the credit card readers. We did not have any cash on us to pay for our order, but the manager(so sorry i did not get her name) was very patient and understanding and let us have our orders for free! Having worked in fast food in the past, I know how stressful situations like this can be. We truly appreciate the great service we received and the staff for their professionalism!
There was a patron inside(male) who did not have shoes on and had very dirty socks with his feet up on the table. He made us very uncomfortable by rudely interrupting our conversation and staring at her two young daughters. As we we're getting ready to leave he got up and went into the bathroom and came back out barefoot and proceeded to try and Converse with my friend who eventually told him to leave us alone and mind his business I don't want this to negatively affect the review because it has nothing to do with the workers however if this man is a regular, he should be required to wear shoes and keep his feet on the floor. It was very unsanitary on his part to have his feet on the table like that and this could deter people from visiting that location in the future! Aside from that we had a great experience with the service we received! :-)“

“Seriously the best coffee I have ever had. I travel all over the Southeast and Northeast. You just don’t find those the full, rich and distinctive flavors anywhere else. I am returning to my beloved Fl in Sept of ‘24. I will be bringing several bags with me, then ordering online.“

“This must be the only Dunkin donuts that has ever made a decent cup of coffee. It does not taste burnt, watered down, or have that weird taste a lot of chains seem to have for some reason. I got a large hot with one cream and one sugar, the normal amount of cream and sugar makes it taste like sweetened milk.

“I am a therapist that travels between homes/daycares all day. I visit this location 2-3 times a day to work on documentation, use the restroom, and of course grab coffee. I absolutely love it here. The staff welcomes me in every time and will often engage in conversation. They are very personable and FAST. I order on the app and they are always so quick to complete my order. The cafe is always spotless- including the bathrooms. I rarely write reviews, but for this Starbucks location, I felt like i had to. Side note: of course their coffee is always amazing :)“
