“I've been here several times and I can honestly say that the food has always been good. I mostly come for breakfast, they always make my eggs perfect ( I like them over medium) the bacon is always perfectly cooked and the food is very good. Service is kinda hit or miss, this visit I never even got my coffee warmed up... my wife however did get a refill of her juice. Still better service than Applebee's and this little diet was packed with only what looked like 2 waitresses.“
“I absolutely love this Dunkin. The only reason I'm doing 4 ⭐ is my morning regular works are the best, but when there off I get 2 new girls not sure if names but have bottoms of hair dyed. I get my same order every morning for years. When you get a ice coffee and ask for sugar you can still see the sugar at the bottom of your (Clear) cup. So when I ask for extra sugar even though they stir quickly 3 times it's still there. I had nothing in my cup straight ice coffee. So I ask them at drive thru can you plz add sugar thee is none in here. She said I did put sugar in I said nope you would see it she goes I stirred it. I said can you plz just add more sugar. Still nothing so I go in and hear them talking about me as I'm waiting to return my plain coffee that I asked for Xtra sugar. Girls saying I added sugar and she was like no add sugar. I told her I stirred it up seriously. So I just so happened to be given the "Manager" and I said I'm glad I'm the talk of the hour can I have a new coffee and I explained my order, Mind you that's all I said and she goes they aren't talking about you. Well then I'm the only one who didn't get sugar in the coffee cause the order in front of my was just food. Needless to say 2 young girls and manager were very unprofessional and the manager needs training in additude classes. Very rude!!“

“I visited yesterday for to go breakfast, I was immediately welcomed and the pleasant lady took my order and brought it to me in a very timely manner! I was shocked because I stopped at Wendy's on east circle drive and stood at the counter for 15 minutes and then the lady comes in from outside chatting and says sorry I didn't know you were here. I left and went to McDonald's and that's where I'll go in the future.“
“Our family was on the way to lights on the lake. We decided to grab some coffee and donuts while enjoying some Christmas lights. It was 20 minutes before closing and they put a fresh pot of decaf on for us. Read off all the remaining donuts/munchkins they had left for the day. Very personable and friendly. They thanked us for our business and told us to have fun at lights on the lake. This is our go to Dunkin in the Cicero area.“
“Love this location! I bring my (5) children often. Our order is delivered to our table in the play area and is right 99% of the time. Even when it isn't, the employees are extremely friendly about it. Other locations could learn a thing or two from this one ?“
“This location (Cicero) does their best every time! They are fast, courteous, and accommodating. The inside is clean and comfortable. Nice spot to relax and eat inside. Drive-thru can get busy, so check your order before pulling away as mistakes can happen. Sometimes inside is closed due to being short staffed.“
“Ink Corner Cafe is this chill spot in Cicero that's perfect for hanging out with friends. They have a ton of smoothies and in Cafe made bakery items, the cafe also has goldfish, so it's never boring, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. The coffee is good, but the real star of the show is the grilled cheese. They have like ten different options, all with crazy ingredients, and they're all delicious. My only complaint is that it can get a little crowded sometimes, especially on weekends. Still, it's a cool place to escape the usual Cicero scene, so I definitely recommend checking it out.“
