“This is by far my favorite Starbucks location out of any other I have been to. Their service…. Chefs kiss. I go there almost every day and get a coffee. Every time I pull up to even the drive thru menu for them to take my order, nothing but great energy first thing in the morning. And it’s always consistent! When I pull up to the check out window, they immediately go out of their way to compliment me, telling me I look like I’m going to take on the world today, that they love my hair, or that I’m a complete vibe. It’s not your scripted customer service shpeel. They seem to genuinely care about setting you up for a great day. It’s truly the best part of my morning, especially when I have to go spend the next 8 hours at my desk. Sometimes they even leave little notes on your coffee sleeve. “First it's the friendly people that work there! The first time I went in was when I was working over in the plaza and I was greeted as soon as I came in mostly it seems quiet there which is nice. But quiet doesn't mean that no one is coming in because well I was waiting for my drink, smoothie and waffle they had a steady stream of people coming in. After having my tea,smoothie and waffle I can absolutely understand why! not only are the people who work there nice and helpful since it was my first time there I did have some questions that they answered. But the tea is great! the first time I got the Lavender Milk tea with boba,it was a nice balance of Lavender with enough sweetness and milk to have it be a nice afternoon drink. I also got the Orange Smoothie with rainbow jellies I upgraded to the larger since it was my lunch and it was refreshing, tasty and well worth the cost to have a healthy lunch, the rainbow jellies added to the fruit flavor of the smoothie making it almost a different flavor with each sip! The Pandon waffle with Ube icecream is a nice addition to everything it's made fresh there to order and it's a nice light almost vanilla flavor on its own but adding the ube icecream enhanced the flavor both work well and it's Gluten free! I've also gotten the green tea and mango with boba, a strawberry banana smoothie and move over Starbucks because if you think you've had dragon fruit from them and like it. You'll love the real deal with them! They also have some fruits on the menu that you don't see everyday like Jackfruit,Lychee,and Durian! I haven't been brave enough yet to try them but I definitely will! You won't regret giving them a try! oh and definitely sign up for their membership! you get upgrades and birthday treats with it!“

The chefs were dressed in beautiful gingham uniforms and chatted with us as easily as if they had known us for years. I will definitely be going back many times. “Great little cafe in a great location. I just ordered a coffee with a shot of butterscotch, but it was pretty tasty. The building the cafe is situated looks to have been an old manufacturing plant with red brick and wooden beams but, with the plants and artwork in the room, it's quite a nice atmosphere. The service was quick and efficient. Great place to grab a coffee and sit in Franklin Square Park on a nice Saturday afternoon.

Parking: There are a number of lots in the area that may be free on the weekend, and there is street parking around Franklin Square Park.“

And even chatted with me happily while he prepared my drink!Other customers arrived while I was waiting for my order. The barista still welcomed and chatted with the other customers as well multitasking and just impressively kind.This is exactly why I only indulge in coffee and treat myself once in a while and when I do it is at local small businesses like this.The coffee was kicking strong just how I like itIt was fresh and tasty ?I will be returning again and again. ?✨Not to mention the neighborhood was nice They even had little tables outside to sit in the sun and enjoy the day!Literally the only critique I could divulge is the lackluster decor and surroundings inside of the coffee shop. It looked as if it had only been open maybe 6 months to a year. Come to find out the location's been open for a few years.I couldn't tell the personality of the owner based on the surroundings.Although It was super duper clean which was awesome! It made up for the fact that it was less flashy.But it could definitely use some warm elements...Perhaps some paintings, flowers - maybe some music to set the mood or fairy lights & plants. “Even though I don't shop Price Chopper often, I now make sure to always stop at Starbucks after I check out, to treat myself after a stressful shopping trip to feed 3 teenagers!The baristas are awesome, cheerful, and always go the extra mile, even if it's an extra chocolate drizzle to try and cheer up your day!They went out of their way to wish my son a Happy Birthday, and congratulate me on 18 years of parenthood! The frozen drinks here are also more frozen (yay! ?) than the Starbucks up at Barnes and Nobles up on Erie Blvd East.
