The fall drinks are so good! Their spiced maple latte is a must try. It was raining and they gave us an umbrella, so sweet! Will definitely be returning.

Cute atmosphere, and really excited to try the seasonal menu when the holidays come. I ordered a Pausa iced latte with oat milk and I don’t know if they changed their oat milk that they used to use because it definitely used to be much more creamy like oatly barista creamy. This is my first pausa latte this summer and it didn’t look as creamy as before and looks like it was almond milk added. Also I found that the service was way too slow. Pausa Coffee, LLC offers an amazing Thursday night jazz experience with a very chill vibe. The coffee is the best, tasting like coffee, with a go-to Pistachio Latte that never lets down. The espresso martinis are also top notch. The atmosphere is relaxing, cozy, and upscale, with a super chill and laid-back aura. Live jazz music adds to the experience, and the staff is warm, welcoming, and excited to serve. The specials are unique and fun, and the place has the charm of an old school coffee shop, dressed up for Christmas. Pausa is a wonderful addition to Syracuse, quickly becoming a favorite for cafes and coffee. It can be a little too loud or busy to study on Sunday morning, but the coffee is great. Mixed cocktails and craft coffee brews are available. The warm, bustling vibes and nice setting make it a perfect spot to enjoy a pastry, wonderful coffee, or hot chocolate.
