You simply must try the Wednesday beef tips special ... the meat is perfectly cooked with a wonderful flavor, and the gravy has a deep rich flavor that you have to taste to believe. This is easily among the ten best things I have ever eaten, and a giant portion costs less than 10 dollars.
City Hall Café has great daily specials and is reasonably-priced. They give you more than enough food and I have never been disappointed by a meal or soup that I've had from there. Great place for lunch!

Decent food (breakfast, burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc. and etc.) and friendly service. Service might rush you through to their own detriment, though. Come in for lunch and they assume you don't want dessert (at least, they did with us). Had a decent brownie from them, though, after "insisting."
