Well, yesterday I had a final walkthrough with a client in the Scottholm neighborhood, and Tous Les Jours was the closest option. Boy was I blown away by every detail of this shop!! It was pristine, every item and every surface sparkled and gleamed, there were so many delicious looking pastries and so many I had never seen before! The chefs were dressed in beautiful gingham uniforms and chatted with us as easily as if they had known us for years. I will definitely be going back many times. And my clients very much appreciated the delicious, authentic French Baguette!“
“Loved the orange clove iced latte I got, and they had some great pastries too, I think I tried an almond bar. Once I accidentally ordered something I thought was coffee, that also had raspberry tea in it, so taking a sip of that was just kinda like...confusing during that first sip lmao. A little off the beaten path around the Syracuse airport, but totally visible on the corner. We placed our order for breakfast sandwiches and the home fries with onions. Plus coffee. All delicious! Sunshine's is a small place, with a couple booths plus small tables. Very homey feel. Great way to start our day!!“

This lovely space within the building that houses the Palace Theatre, in the center of the Eastwood business and office district, seems fitted for a successful small coffee shop. So I was over erjoyed a few years ago when other entrepreneurs ventured to give it a try at serving the Eastwood Community with their specialty coffee house. The business seems to be going strong, having expanded their hours a few months back.I like the place. It shows that Eastwood is a place where hipsters can hang out. It is also a good stop if you live in Eastwood and are taking advantage of living in a walkable urban neighborhood.Vegetarian options: There are a number of vegan bake goods available.Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy options for coffee based drinks.Parking: Saturday and Sunday street parking is free (unofficial on Saturdays). The parking lot behind the building has plenty of parking when there isn't an event at the theatre. But if you live in Eastwood, why not take a walk and leave the car at home.“
“I love this place. Their pastries are always fresh and delicious. She’s great at listening to what her patrons want and adding them into the rotation. Her meal options are really spot on. “This is a phenomenal venue for a bridal shower. My bridal shower was held there in April 2023. The staff was exceptional, making sure all of our guests had drinks, waters, coffee or anything they may need. Asking for my opinions on timing of cake, food, etc. The food was perfect particularly the lemon chicken, even gave us to go boxes at the end. They were flexible with accommodating some changes to their lunch menu as well that we requested. The rooms are well decorated, beautiful mirrors, greenery and exposed brick. Leaving for very little additional decor needing to be brought. We focused on centerpieces and some signage.We were not rushed out at the end while they were cleaning up. They welcomed my fiancé by his first name when he arrived showing that they pay attention to every detail. Even found a surprise gift from them amongst my gifts at the end! All their cats come from the cat coalition and are for adoption, even if you’re not able to adopt you can still go in and spend time and play with the kitties! “This has been my go-to lunch spot forever. The Cobb salad is my usual but mixing it up with a panini is a nice option. The staff take the time to know your name and are very friendly. The food is fresh and has that clean taste to energize you through the day. But if you just need something sweet and chocolatey, the cookies are seriously the best around. Both were delicious, pleasant is probably the best word I can think of to describe the coffees. The roasts they have all sounded very good and their website says they're ethically sourced. “Cafe kubal is our go to place for coffee, brunch sandwiches whether we order through Grubhub or we are walking in. They are super quick and have always been super nice! They also just expanded so it's much bigger with an extra room where you can sit and do work! When we order for delivery, everything comes wrapped, tidy, and still warm. Some of their sandwiches have changed and are not updated on the menu; however, they are very good at calling you for substitutions, which is greatly appreciated. The past two times when we have ordered, our coffee was made incorrectly and a sandwich was incorrect. Maybe a glitch! But their coffee is great even with nothing extra in it!!“
“I used the dunkin app to order before i went inside. Coffee was done quickly and to order. The only slightly strange thing was the person placing the drink in the pickup area did not call out the names on the order. For warmer months, they also have some outdoor seating options. The set up is order at the counter and pick up at an adjacent counter. “Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is a little congestive on the side closest to the street across from the DGX. Seems to be most used entrance. The way the store is designed maybe easier to use the exit closest to the pick up for the food and drinks service area“
