“Had an emergency at the hospital. Baby comes early. We order breakfast twice from here only for the door dash people to deliver to the wrong hospital both times. New mommy is super hungry and wants nothing but Glazed & Confused. I call and get Paul the owner. I tell him our story about the runaround from Door Dash drivers we had messing up our morning and the owner comes to our rescue and delivers the food himself. Total class. Amazing guy. Amazing food. Amazing eatery. Well worth the wait! Highly recommend.“

Went here to order two hot mocha lattes, service was wonderful, coffee was much better than the other store at N Geddes and W Genesee street and we were treated with respect and kindness, much better than the store where the other Dunkin' that has Diane as the manager ever did. “Stellar place! Conveniently located on Thompson Road just north of Carrier Circle. A clean, neat, new store. A good selection of delicious food at low prices. Fast service and plenty of seating and parking. Ghulam, Josh and Anna were all very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!“

“Love to walk here with my family, staff is quick and respectful. We order coffees at a touch screen kiosk and choose what options we want, then wait and watch them make it. Place is clean for a gas station and seems very popular. More food and drinks can be purchased still inside with a short walk to the Speedway counter.“

“I'm not quite sure who the owner is of this Dunkin, but they should probably rethink their investment or career. Anything other than being an entrepreneur is probably best for you. This is probably the most consistently bad location in the area. In the mornings, the line is always around the building with very slow service and minimal work staff. Then the lobby is occasionally closed because of minimal staffing. And then you have mobile orders that we do for convenience but find out at the drive-thru that nobody is there to make the food so we're turned away and have to get a refund. Sell this to someone else who can manage it better please“
