A customer appreciated the $2 medium iced coffee offer but requested extra mocha, which was promptly added to their satisfaction. However, a minor concern was raised about cleanliness when an employee dusted the ceiling above the espresso machine while making drinks. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, especially on special occasions like Easter, where customers were generously gifted a dozen free donuts.
