Good for what it is. It's a Dunkin - You're not going to get chef quality food or amazing service. That said, I always get my food very quickly, and there is rarely a line. Food is always hot and has never been stale or unfit to eat. They do have a problem with certain machines being down or broken sometimes, which can be annoying. Used the app and preordered a drink and breakfast wrap. I finally was able to open the wrap and all it was was a plain egg on a croissant, definitely not a breakfast wrap. Was too far away to return it so ended up throwing it away and going to McDonald's. Very disappointed, I am a regular Dunkin' customer thru out the county.
