Dunkin' at 2723 Brewerton RD offers a mix of experiences. The drive-thru is quick, and the staff, like Natalie, provide great service with accurate orders. Despite occasional mistakes, it's a clean spot for a hot cup of coffee on the go. The manager and all her staff are very friendly, and customers have had great experiences, especially with the tall African American gentleman with a ponytail who is exceptionally nice. The drive-through is fast and friendly, and the food and beverages are generally great, except for the occasional forgotten whipped cream. Recent changes in management and staff have improved the overall experience, with the new employees being friendly and helpful, and the facility being kept clean both inside and out.
