It was good I go every morning there
Love to walk here with my family, staff is quick and respectful. We order coffees at a touch screen kiosk and choose what options we want, then wait and watch them make it. Place is clean for a gas station and seems very popular. More food and drinks can be purchased still inside with a short walk to the Speedway counter.
🤢 🤮 Dark skinned lady not wearing any gloves 🧤 as she fills cups of ice from the ice box. Dipping her hand with the cup inside the ice box and filling the cup. I clearly seen her hand go deep in the ice. I will never buy a cold drink from here. The man at the drive thru has more pet hair on his shirt than the local Pet Store. Disgusted me out. Dunkin' at 2723 Brewerton RD offers a mix of experiences. The drive-thru is quick, and the staff, like Natalie, provide great service with accurate orders. Despite occasional mistakes, it's a clean spot for a hot cup of coffee on the go. The manager and all her staff are very friendly, and customers have had great experiences, especially with the tall African American gentleman with a ponytail who is exceptionally nice. The drive-through is fast and friendly, and the food and beverages are generally great, except for the occasional forgotten whipped cream. Recent changes in management and staff have improved the overall experience, with the new employees being friendly and helpful, and the facility being kept clean both inside and out.
