They were very busy in the drivethru, so the kitchen was a disaster area and they weren't paying attention to the dining room customers or the cleanliness of the dining room at all. There was so much food on the floor of the kitchen, which I could see from the counter. It was very gross.
Horrific experiences here every time in the past couple of years... No joke it seems like every car takes 5 to ten minutes to go through. Would not recommend, I was picking up a DoorDash order later into the night the employee at both the speaker and window was rude, gave me the wrong order but insisted it was correct. The wait was beyond reasonable as I sat at the window for 15 minutes before she even looked at me. I understand being busy but there was only about 5 cars in line and the lobby wasn’t open so 15 minutes for food that should’ve been ready to pick up as soon as the order was placed is a bit crazy....read full review
